It took almost 3 weeks for a tracking number and it sat for 2 weeks with a shipping label before Fed Ed picked it up! I called multiple times, emailed multiple times and tried to message but no reply. I finally got some info when I reported it to PayPal! This was my 2nd purchase I am not very happy with the lack of communication! The watches are great and my husband loves them.

It takes entirely to long to receive an order! When I told a friend who is also an Invicta fan that I ordered from you, he instantly said that he doesn't shop with you because it takes to long! This ended up being the case for my order, without any updates on when it would be delivered... I just ordered another one last Sunday and haven't heard a word on the status of that order either!
