I received my first Invicta Watch about 5 year's ago as a Christmas Gift from my mother. Yes of course that one will always carry a special place in my heart... I've always wanted another but wasn't, or at least thought I wasn't, able to comfortably afford one... Then I decided that I should treat myself... I found one I really liked on this website and started shopping... Shortly into shopping I quickly found another, then another. Not able to justify 3 new watches at once I put the original back and went with 2... To my disappointment when the 1st one finally shipped the 2nd was sold out and I was refunded... I quickly went back to purchase my original 1st pick and haven't been able to find it since... I did eventually purchase my 3rd Invicta and all have been recognized by guest at the hotel I work for... They are wonderful products and are pretty for a man of my size... I look forward to my next purchase but really wish I could find the first 2 that I missed out on as well as a duplicate of the one my mother bought me...
I understand that times are different but taking 3 weeks to process l think is a bit much.

I paid extra in delivery and didn't receive it until after I called an made a complaint. You can refund my delivery fee for standard because it feel like you all took my money. I had I not called I wouldn't have known the outcome.
