The clip to secure the watch is actually able to be open by moving the wrist inward even by a bit. But overall great watch and my boyfriend loves it

The Good: Fast shipping
The Bad: watch did not have any protective plastic on it. The screw down back cover had small scratches already. Watch was not secured inside the box. The box itself was a little bit dirty and the hang tag was faded. It could have been a store display or a return. I would have returned it if only they had that watch in stock. Good thing the watch itself is keeping great time at +2 seconds a day so far. Nothing wrong in selling store displays or returns but you must inform buyer or lower the price. Scratches, no matter how small, should not be in a brand new watch. Good thing it is at the bottom otherwise I would have returned it whether it was in stock or not.

When the watch arrived its appearance was not what I expected. When I then called Invicta, I was impressed by how pleasant & helpful the person was in explaining how I could rtn. The watch. Very shortly thereafter, I was emailed a rtn. Label, & I returned the watch. I subsequently ordered a different watch. A very positive experience!

The price was great, and we were able to track package, and it showed expected date was 2/14, but we got it 2 days earlier than expected delivery date.
Great prices and great discounts! I have ordered many watches from the store oh, my husband has 25 now and I have never had a problem which delivery. Shipping is free and they shipped fast! Prices are good compared to other sites.
My only issue would be customer service is slow in answering questions when a sale is going on and you want to order that day. Oh, so you don't miss the sale.
