Excellent Product, Great Price.
December 21, 2015

I ordered Prodex insulation along with adhesive and used this product to insulate a metal building and immediately noticed the difference. Insulating the metal building with Prodex stabilized the temperature as well as the moisture.

Nice
December 20, 2015

I'm not completely done covering my pole barn, I'm about 60% completed and I can see a difference already. Also I'm just putting up a single layer with a space between the sheet metal and the insulation. I'm taping all seems and edges not sure ill. Get R16 but it will be better then R0 with nothing. It sure easy and clean to install. I'm using a shingle nailer works great, also slap stapler a little.

Excellent product
November 27, 2015

Customer service,
I had done my research in regards to the best insulation for my specific area and circumstances. I live in the Ozarks of Arkansas and we have a climate with high humidity. I did not want to use the conventional fiberglass insulation due to underneath my house is very moist. My only concern with the Prodex insulation was, would it be as sufficient in the R-value as the traditional, and would I notice a difference once it was installed per the specs that were shown on the website. I am now installing the second layer underneath my house and my family and I have already noticed a big difference as winter is now here. The heater does not turn on as much as it used too and our wood burning stove damper is turned down. Our friends have also noticed a difference as well. I can also sleep easy at night knowing that once I finish sealing the second layer with the reflective tape it will form a barriers to mold that is so prevalent in this type of climate. Thank you for keeping us warm and mold free.

I will be sharing this product with all my friends and family!

Thank you,

Very happy!
November 9, 2015

The education on what to buy, your website, the ordering and the arrival was all wonderful! The installation went extremely well! I'm a 45 year old non-athletic single woman and I did my entire un-floored attic rafters over my bedroom, April 550 sq feet. (Yes I measured) With my order of 700 sq feet I was able to add some up the sides. I used a roll of foil tape and lots of staples and was thrilled at the results! It's not too cold yet here in central PA but I am confident in the product and application. The price couldn't be beat either btw! Thank you!

Great Product!
November 8, 2015

We bought insulation4less because we had to replace the ceiling panels in our mobile home because had a bad roof with lots of leaks. We looked in Home Depot for something lightweight but couldn't find anything. We googled insulation and found this product, bought it and we can't be any happier. We only have one room to go and the rustic color gives it a cozy cabin feel. We are senior citizens and we did it all by ourselves because it is so lightweight. This is not just for barns and sheds, this is really an answer to our prayer. One more note, we cut the trim 1 and 1/2 wide and stained each piece. The trim gives it a special look

If you're not using Prodex to insulate your roof, walls, and floors (inside and out), then you are missing the best opportunity you'll ever have to save hard cash with your utility bills as well as increase the value of your property. Recently had a property inspection. The inspector praised the under house as the neatest, cleanest, best he had seen in 20 years of inspection.
Easy to use in rehab work as well. Take my word for it. Do it!

We installed this insulation in a new metal building last fall. It was easy to work with and easy to install on the walls. The ceilings not so much just because of the need to work over your head etc. This fall we have torn down the ceiling insulation and paid to have spray foam put in the ceiling. We could not keep the building warm and when we did get it warm, we had dripping from condensation. I asked for help and they did let me know that somehow we did not have all the holes filled and air was getting in from the outside. I'm sure they were right, but we were not able to fix this problem. I would say over all we are very disappointed in this insulation. I read all the reviews and everyone was so positive so I felt I needed to add a real life fail. Hopefully they will keep this review on the site for future people to read.

Great product

I have used Prodex on several jobs now and think it's great. I recommend it for any one, remodeling or doing new construction. It installs easily, can be placed under new floors or new sheetrock and makes a noticible difference in hearing and cooling.

I have seen this type of insulation for sale in Home Depot and Ace Hardware, but nothing close to the quality offered by Insulation 4 Less. Also, it is much less expensive than the hardware stores.
I will reorder soon because I found so many other uses for this product that I do not have enough to finish my RV anymore. This may be the sort of product that is simply useful to have on-hand. Great Stuff.

Fast shiping. Awesome product.
July 16, 2015

My next door neighbor used this radiant barrier all over their house. In the attic, garage, and outside storage sheds. I was very impressed with the temperature difference it provided.
I bought 1800 s/ft of it and did my attic. Wow. The temperature went from 140F+ to 100F (it's 100F outside). Then I used it to insulate the inside of my package A/C unit that is a little older; and the fiberglass insulations was falling apart in. The outside of the unit used to be cold to the touch from the cold air running through it (thermal loss). Now it's hot to the touch indicating that there is no thermal loss. Next I'm going to re-wrap all of the metal ductwork under the house. Hell I'd wrap the whole house in it if I could...
I have some of the "bubble wrap" type of radiant barrier from Lowes. Wow that is some cheap stuff yet it's more expensive. Go figure.

Excellent: I manage a 13k sq. Ft. Office building with steel roof, 7ft head space over hard lid decking in ******* Zip. We use 7 5 ton AC units to cool in 100F temps.
AMAZING: After installing in 25% of building (self-contained roof) at 105F outside under the steel temps have dropped from 133 to 93 and on the deck temps from 108 (uninsulated) to 95 after insulation.
YES: a 40F drop under the Prodex sheet installed on the metal rafters - and a 13 degree drop on the deck- this with only 50% of the space converted -- I believe we will see a 20F drop on the deck.
Prodex is easy / clean / safe to use. I'm recommending it for all steel roofed Southern California buildings.

Summary: Prodex has given our building a 15% lift in Cooling capacity. That is - we are able to cool in extreme heats where we lost the building before, and are reducing electricity usage in normal days. WIN WIN WIN.
Oh -- road noise transmitted through the uninsulated roof is considerably dampened -- tenants state the building feels tight now - the ceiling is not pushing heat down.

Awesome Product
June 1, 2015

So this company sells the most amazing insulation. I looked everywhere and this was so thin with has such a wonderful r value. It is light and easy to carry around. It goes up easy and provides great insulation value. I think this is the best product for the money for sure. I hope places like Lowes and HOme Depot begin to carry this product.

Great Product, Great Service
June 1, 2015

We are very happy with our Prodex insulation, we used the insulation to line our roll up warehouse doors which were the only un-insulated part of our building. We cut the insulation to fit inside the panels of the door and layered it up for more insulation. We did have some problems attaching it to the metal doors but ended up using wood lattice to secure it. The wood grain finish is beautiful and we are looking forward to being nice and cool for the kids this summer! www.bouncefarmfun.com for more details about our Green Facility!

Outstanding customer service
May 7, 2015

Very fast delivery, and the product appears to be everything the Co. States it is. I just installed it on my walls in my ranch house metal building, and ordered more for the ceiling - Will have to wait on the summer heat - 95 deg to really see how well it does. Will give another survey later. Thanks

I used two strips of the 4' fast in-between the 8' spaced trusses for vapor barrier / insulation
Then another layer under interior steel panels making a very tight and nice looking shop.
This product worked very well and was a snap to install
