I have purchased several games and DLCs from the company, and have never had a problem with the keys. I usually received them in an hour or two after purchase. The company asks to for proof, so they don't get scammed by individuals buying inexpensive keys and reselling them for profit.
I have purchased game at a good and decent price. NMS was full price on Steam and I got it for 50 % off on Instant Gaming, and have never been happier with no problem. I currently have 1400 hours on the game without a snag.
I don't know anyone that was against this company, but they are just trying to ruin a good company's name.
This isn't a scam, it was the best thing I've found and deserve a better reputation than the reviews of pompous asses (sorry about the last comment, just my feeling).

I'm in Ireland, I tried to purchase playstation plus 365 membership. I bought it, the funds went out of my account but Instant Gaming insist by email that I send them a passport/driving license or Government Official ID before they will release the product. Instant Gaming do not advise on their website that they will request photo id for purchasing a product. This is a totally unethical practice. I have never heard of the likes of a simple gaming merchant requiring ID to purchase.

My bank wasn't opened until an hour after I made the purchase. And even this fast they could not stop the transaction. Thankfully I paid with Paypal but it's still going to take up to a few days to sort and then I may even have trouble with the bank releasing it as soon as paypal sorts, because my bank is useless and they like to take weeks to authorise things. And of course it's the holiday season. Please be aware of buying from this site.

I've bought a 1$ (luckily) game to to able to play with my friends. Everything went good till I had to certificate my purchase with my ID. Instant no. Do not buy from sites that ask this kind of information, rather save up a bit more and wait for steam sales. I'm glad it only cost 1$ from a virtual one time use card that I've made in preparation that only had those 1$ on. My account was a sub-account with a fake email too so I was shielded, I've only had my name registered on that one time card but that won't be much of an use.

I bought Anthem on instant gaming, and at first was sure I had just got absolutely scammed. They asked me for my ID behind their website, I used a different card for it, DO NOT use your drivers license, that could lead to some major problems. I think it may work better if you buy a bigger name game, it seems like if something is too unrealistic to be true, then it probably is. The whole payment thing is really annoying, I agree with the other reviews on that. But I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I actually got a working key. I hope this was helpful to someone like me, My advice would be don't buy from them unless you are really desperate and impatient, just go to a more trusted source and if it costs a little extra dough, oh well... I think it's worth it in the long run, just grateful that I received my code. Also, I know most of these reviews are either 5 or 1, Not sure why instant gaming has so many reviews about fallout 76 LOL... Anyways, I hope this helped!

I purchased the walking dead pc game for $3.40 (american dollars) and the key didnt work when i tried adding the game to my library. I sent them a message and they said "our system detected fraud so send your ID to us." Fraud for FOUR DOLLARS? Who would commit fraud for $4? What kind of idiot sends their ID info over the internet. Im all for online shopping because of the protection i get from my bank, but i am NOT sending my ID so they can have my credit card and what i look like, my address and all that. I asked the rep emailing me their name and rep ID number and they refused to answer saying they do not have one. VERY SHADY. And Im willing to be a little money that people who got their product keys were dumb enough to send all their info over and are getting their identities stolen as we speak. Waiting now to see if my refund comes back and i will be keeping an eye on my card from foreign companies.

They reject PayPal accounts after requesting you send a photo of your ID then suggest you use a prepaid card to purchase the product. Just seems shady PayPal accounts pinged then as fraudulent.

I have bought a few games from instant (5 in total) and until today (as I'm writing this) I didn't have major problems with it. The site itself doesn't look as good as some of its' competitors, and when I asked for a gift card they automatically gave me a Christmas card, without allowing me to change what it was for.
However the problem I had was that on my fifth (and final) payment for a game, they asked me to give them a photo of my id (they only asked for the name(s), but still super shady). I crossed out all other information on the id except for the name and sent it, because they had already taken the money for the game. If I would've had enough time, energy and will I would've complained more about this and wouldn't have let them do something like this, however lacking said things, I went for the easy approach. I recommend you to not use this site. Although it has some better deals on certain games, the fact that they blocked a payment, but already took the money, is enough to make it a shady site to buy games from.

If you are a couple wanting to play a game together and have joint accounts. This is not for you. They declined for "security reasons" because they wanted to know why he had purchased 2 games. Which I understand. So we explained and they still declined. So I made 2nd set up everything in my name verified with my photo ID his name no were on 2nd set up and still got declined for same reason. "Security reasons". Both accounts was deducted the money, with 5-7 day refund. So its just too much of a hassle to deal with them considering what you got to do to prove it IS in fact YOU anyways. So our money will go else were. Their loss, someone Else's gain.
