Did the original verification by phone call, then they take the payment.
All good so far, as soon as they get payment they hit you with another account verification.
Take a photo of the driver license.
I took the photo sent to them, they said it wasn't good enough.
It had to have OG written on a paper in front of the pc screen with their logo.

WHat is this? Pornhub? I requested my money back from paypal and they got nothing, waste of time.

Don't buy. Disgusting customer service.
They provided me with a used key. They asked me to contact the original retailer of the key and send Instant Gaming the date and time of redeem of the key. It took me hours of tickets and chats with obnoxious support members to find out that they CANNOT give me these informations.

Instant Gaming decides to give in after instisting that I need to send those informations, and even though I asked for a refund, they provide me with a different key.
The key is used. It just felt like I was talking to a bot asking me over and over to give them those sensitive datas again.

Uopn purchase of a duplicate card, the support center wants YOU to contact Xbox support to find when the card was used. Even with screen shot proof you are banned from replying, after 24hours of frustration they finally admitted their fault and sent me a replacement card at 3am, by 9am when I wake up I click the email to my "NEW" code when I go to sign in to redeem, my account was completely banned and deactivated. Lol should be sued for that. But writing 100+ reviews will be more worth it.

So, first time user of the site. First off it wants all of my address details for a digital code. Erm no. You have no need of that.

Then I purchase a game, and having already read of possible credit card fraud from them, decide to use paypal. Apparently that requires a code to be sent to my mobile number. So they do. And it rings me from an unknown number; instead of the usual text. I input the code, this now lets me use paypal. So I do. And Instant gaming rejects my payment. Why? I don't know. However having then read these reviews (which I wish I'd read before signing up) means I am not going to try again. There is something very dodgy about all this.

I paid for a game and arrived my code.

When I put in steam, is writen that code is not valid.

I wrote them, they told me that they canceled it by safety. Asked me to send a document for verification in order to send me other code. I sent it.

Today they informed me that they will do a refund in 15 days...

So, by facts, I paid and I did not get the product, which is a clear fraud, my money is not in my account, and who knows if it will be.

In another hand they resqueted me to sent private information in order to verify my identity, and send me another code, after I did, they decided to refund, this shows how reliable they are. There was no code from the begining...

Additionally the refund will cost me money due to currency exchange.

It was a waste of time, they are lucky that we are in quarantine, other way they would be dennunced to the authorities.

Do not buy here, is not recommendable, in this web you can check other reviews with the same pattern.

I have used INSTANT GAMING to many time to remember, and all have been fine, but i recently purchased a key code that steam wouldnt allow due to duplicated. Upon my report to INSTANT GAMING i was give a list of things to do(basically i was being told to prove im not trying to cheat them of a free code)and until i've proven this which i need the help of steam to do, there is no refund or replacement of key

First time buying a Wow time code, since the very beginning all I wanted was to play World of Warcraft as soon as possible, then the code sold to me didn't work, so I contacted Instant-gaming's support to have another proper working code. The team support said to me that there was a fraud risk with my transaction and therefore they afterwards deactivated the code that neither way worked though, then they asked me for my ID to confirm the payment made on that Wow code; after provided it to them, finally as they mentioned before they would replace my code but not, they instead gave me a refund that I never asked for.

Can I get a negative star? So far I am not impressed what so ever with this company. I purchased This game as a gift and got a message from my friend who thinks it was a joke. It made him feel bad that the I gave him a game gift that was a used key. I didn't use it and when he adds it to his Steam it says it's been activated on another Steam account. This is the first time I have ever used this game site service and am not impressed. I told the support that I wanted another game key to be sent to him ASAP and instead, I received a reply back that said my refund was being processed. I did not request a refund. I want the game at the price agreed upon. I was referred to their services and could have bought the game at the place I normally do but listening to my other friend, I decided to give it a try. Now the other site is no longer having their sale and having a refund from these DS's will require me to purchase the game for double the price as what I could have. I will never buy from this source in the future and I don't recommend that anyone else trust them to give a valid key. It is not my fault that they oversold their stock and now I am being punished for trusting them to deliver a gift. It would be like me going to a store and buying the cutest thing I could, smashing it to sand, pouring it into a child's hand and letting it spill out on the ground! What dirt bags!

Right, I never write reviews. Ever! But, looked at Red Dead Redemption Ultimate on Steam, R1500. Searched the internet, came to Instant-Gaming, and took the chance. Ultimate edition, 43 Euro - R730 ish. Worth the gamble. Well, Visa wouldn't work, tried pay-pay (still security enabled and safe etc etc, else wouldn't take the risk!), required a uploaded id. Old one, but legit. Email from pay-pay for confirmation too. And boyah!, 50% saving. Got the key, loaded into Rockstar, and activation code it working 100%. Really glad it worked out legitimately!

I tried to purchase a $15 game from them. It was the single worst online purchase I have ever had the displeasure in experiencing.

First and foremost, getting through the payment screen is incredibly fast. That's normally a good thing, but here, not so. As there is absolutely no info, it will come as quite the shock that after taking your card details and processing the payment, they will then send you a message asking you to provide an uploaded picture of your identification, such as a driving licence!

There are no warnings on the purchase screen, or even anything mentioned about this practice on the FAQ section. As soon as you question why this is required when the money has already exchanged hands, they instead send a stock answer to cancel the order, blaming the end users unwillingness to provide ID. Once this message is sent, they will ignore anything else you respond with. So all in all, as soon as you don't give them some nice ID for you to suffer identity fraud, either through them, or once they get hacked, they just decide you want a refund on your behalf, and discard you.

Literally the worst gaming website, and online shopping website I have ever visited.
