PArece um esquema para sacar dados, querem a identificação com foto. é altamente suspeito. Nunca me tinha acontecido, pedirem copia de documentos de identificação.

Vamos ver se ainda recebo o dinheiro de volta. Até agora nada.

Ik bestelde Flight Simulator bij dit bedrijf. Wat ik al raar vond is dat er een kopie van mijn rijbewijs werd verlangd. Toen ik een scan inleverde werd die geweigerd om voor mij onbegrijpelijke redenen. Toen ik melde dat ik dat onzin vond werd de transactie eenvoudig beeindigd. Antwoord op mijn vragen werden niet beantwoord en ik had op een gegeven moment zelfs niet meer de mogelijkheid om te reageren (geblokkeerd). Zelden zoiets meegemaakt. Niks meer bestellen bij deze club is mijn advies.

I ordered Flight Simulator with this company. What a strange is that they wanted a copy of some ID. I sent a scan of my driverslicense. They refused it saying they needed a photo without any explanation. When I said it was nonsense they simply terminated the transaction. In the meanwhile I had some trouble creating the foto. When I was finished with that I wanted to send it but then discovered they had terminated the transaction. On my question why I did not get an answer and my input was blocked. I have never had such bad treatment. Don't order at this firm.

Cremine behavior. Refuse to pay back the money despite cancellation of a pre-order.

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 5 2 times and now cancelled both orders in the store. A few minutes later I noticed that I only got one of both payments back via Pay Pal. The reason was obviously that I didn't uncheck the pre-selected "Refund to my IG Wallet". After noticing this, I immediately contacted support. However, they persistently refuse to refund my money. The support is not interested in the right of withdrawal. A Felede regulation in the terms and conditions also not.

This is absolutely fraudulent behavior! My clear declaration of intent does not interest the support. The only answer that comes again and again is IG Wallet credit can not be refunded.

Case opened with PayPal. Definitely my last purchase in the store

Total scam. I bought a code from them. This one didn't work (code was already used according to the system) They are not willing to fix this, but send me to EA with a long list of requirements. They should dive into this themselves, but they park the effort with the customer. Can't reach EA. Of course this is wrong, lost money, no game

Very dodgy, insist on credit card payments despite listing other options (it's fake).
Also require photo ID. If you willingly give someone your credit card info and photo ID you have lost your mind.

Not an official reseller of keys, blocked by steam, and if you're still not convinced here is what happened to me.
So i order a game AND I PAY FOR IT i verify my payment with the bank send them the code, and after they receive my money they do not provide me with game code, but ask me additionally for my personal information such as the ID, and you should never give away personal information to anyone let alone an unknown page on the internet. So after i declined sending my information i did not receive the code, it has probably been more than a month I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR RECEIVED A GAME CODE although they flagged my request as refunded i still have yet to receive my money its been a month i doubt im getting my money back.

Also the only contact they have with you is through a bot, you can not speak with a real person about your issues.

I purchased a DLC key for the Resident Evil release a day early, when the DLC was installed I turned on the game on release day and received an EAC error, followed by DBD rolling itself back as if I hadn't purchased anything. I was basically forced to get the DLC (again...) off Steam, thankfully it was cheaper than IG.com. When I tried to get a refund through PayPal I received a reply stating that IG.com wanted pictures of my game, the key installed, and the error that popped up, all of which was impossible since I already purchased and updated the DLC through Steam.
Long story short, do NOT deal with this site. It may seem legitimate, but this is proof that they are scamming people out of money.

(I would have given zero stars, unfortunately this is not an option)

Bought a game for 18$. Payment went through fine but THEN after they ask for ID for verification or antifraud or smth. I tell no, luckily I paid with paypal so I tell them "you got the payment so give me the game or I report as fraud to paypal" and I got the game key immediately. Never buying from them again.

I bought many games from instant gaming with no problems, until one day they decided to ask for ID. So I sent them my ID photo and it wasn't good enough for them. When I asked support why it wasn't good they didn't want to tell me why marking the ticket as "solved". On my second ticket, I asked about refunds and they copied FAQ answer over (my mistake for not reading it). A bit more than a week pass, I get nothing from my bank or any info that refund process has been initiated, so I contact the support once again asking why, to this I got yet another copy of FAQ answer. I gave up, will never use again and will never tell anyone to use it again.

Terrible service. Take your money and get nothing. No help. After sales problem with no help. Don't do it. Save your time and money.
Shark codes for GTAV. Paid and got nothing Twice. Yep Twice. They are no help.

They asked for my passport and a picture no way I am doing it, probably a scam they took the money before I got the product.

I have used instant gaming for a few purchases in the past and always had no issues. However after having a charge made on my account for something I did not authorize, I contacted the seller about it. Instant gaming gave me the run around for hours and in the end deactivated my account under the reasons:

Your Account has been deactivated indefinitely for one of the following reason:

- You made a Paypal claim. In this case, if you want to recover your account, you will have to pay back the exact amount you claimed at the PayPal account: (instant gaming email for sales)

- We detected fraudulent Credit Card use / Credit Card Fraud in your account.

I never received a refund from paypal so if my account was deactivated due to the first reason, they are basically blackmailing me into paying more money for a refund I never received just to get my account back.

Now if it was due to the second reason then they admitted that my charge was a fraudulent one and yet refuse ti give me a refund because the person used the code. It is not the account holders fault for a fraudulent charge and they clearly do not care about their customers.

STAY AWAY if you want to keep your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.
I purchased Playstation Plus 12 Months subscription.
Come to redeem it on PS4 account and it said it was already redeemed.
Contacted them Sent them photo's of the valid code and the error I got WS-*******-9.
They said I had to contact Sony myself to find out when the code was purchased, not them me? I had to do the work for them.
So I did I contacted Sony and they came back saying that I was redeemed on the 02/01/2021 21:31:17 CET.
I purchased it from Instant-Gaming on 03/01/2021 22:07 a WHOLE day after Sony said the code had been redeemed.

I sent Instant-Gaming every photo they requested and screenshot of my email to Sony and the reply they game me saying when had been redeemed.

So I asked for a replacement code as obviously they had supplied me a used code.

GUESS WHAT THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!

UTTER SHAM OF A COMPANY I HAD TO DO ALL THE LEG WORK TO GET THE INFORMATION FOR THEM TAKING MY TIME OUT TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE THEY CAUSED AND THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

DO NOT USE THEM SERIOUSLY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company is a fraud. They make you jump through hoops to place an order. They asked for a picture of a photo ID and state that everything can be blocked except your first name, last name, and the writing IG or Instant Gaming. I did that and they did not accept it and wouldn't tell me why. After their website not accepting my first two credit cards, customer service taking 10 hours to respond, and then denying my picture which followed there rules to a T, I've obviously had enough with these bozos. It is hilarious and ironic that they call themselves instant gaming- even if they had been competent enough to accept my business, it would have been at least 10 hours between purchase time and customer service accepting my ID. Not instant, prices are a lie, would NOT give them a picture of my ID without extra data blocked out because they are not trustworthy. I strongly suggest avoiding this company like the plague.

They deactivated my account and took my credit card information. Don't trust this site. I sent a complaint but they replied saying that I need to have an account to lodge a complaint. No matter how I try, I am just not getting to log in, it keep stating my account has been deactivated.

Bought a game and can't even play it because of region lock. NEVER use this service. It's not worth the sale if you get scammed. They actually want your steam account info for a refund LOL.

Purchased Cyberpunk 2077, did not work at all with my PC, refused to refund while the developers granted a refund.

I had to make a refund complaint to PayPayl to receive my refund in which I was granted without question.

Instant Gaming then immediately decided to deactivate my account without question and I cannot access all my previous digital CD Keys that I purchased over the past 2 years as revenge, which is an illegal act to action without reason.

Instant gaming does not respect customers nor the consumer laws.

I have lodge an international fraud claim in Dubai and PayPal to investigate Instant Gaming illegal actions.
