Ich habe bei Instand Gaming ein mehrere Spiele gekauft, bis heute war es alles OK.
Nun habe ich ein Spiel für 3 € gekauft, wo der Key ein Duppicated Key war.
Statt mir ein neues zu geben, oder es selbst klären, da es denen Key ist, der nicht geht, musste ich pin pong mit dem Support spielen und am Ende habe ich nix bekommen.

Wegen blöden 3 € mich rumzuärgern brauche ich nicht

I purchased a game through instantgaming.com through PayPal and then I received multiple notifications that someone was trying to login to my account and purchase things. I had to deactivate my PayPal because of this. DO NOT USE!

My paypal account was recently hacked and the purchases made by the hacker were refunded by paypal. Instant gaming deactivated my account because of the refund and are demanding that i pay the paypal fees and the cost of the hackers game before they reinstate my account. I have been a member of their site for years and never had an issue otherwise. Very disappointed that it has come to this.

Ridiculously untrustworthy. They sold me a duplicate code then their support made me a ping-pong ball between them and Steam support that lead nowhere.

I ended re-purchasing the same game from a competitor of theirs. Although I have used them in the past I won't be returning there, and told them so.

Look elsewhere.

Not only do they want you to submit a photo of your government ID, but if you use paypal you will notice that you have setup automatic monthly payments to the company. Total scam. Won't send you code if you don't submit ID. Trying to get a refund but no luck so far. Don't use.

Purchased a few gta5 Xbox one shark cards through instant-gaming for Xbox gta5 xbox one x series. Wasn't always smooth but worked. Had to prove the purchase to rockstar once. Bought one last week, redeemed code but no gta$. Waited 3 days and then contacted rockstar who informed me that the cards no longer work for GTA x series. Contacted instant gaming and created a service ticket explaining how rockstar won't honor the card for xbox one series anymore and they in so many words told me sucks to be you. The Xbox one shark cards worked for Xbox one x series GTA 5 online until rockstar changed it. Instant gaming didn't inform their customers on their site that the Xbox one shark cards would no longer work for Xbox one x series. They refused to refund my money since I redeemed the code and didn't offer anything for my troubles

I have been using instant gaming for multiple years now. Only 1 time in that entire period have they asked for my id i told them no and asked them to refund the purchase that happend in 4 hours. I have now purchased about 100 games on the platform so im quite suprissed that alot of people say the website is a scam.

Purchased Robux at a good price. PayPal payment went through flawlessly. Uploaded ID as per request. Understandable with the prevalence of fraudulent transactions. ID with personal info, except name and photo, all blocked out was readily accepted. Outstanding communication. A+++

My CC company had already paid them for a key and they sent me a non working key. When I contacted customer service they admitted that due to "fraud" reasons they actually sent a non working key. Their "solution" was for me to give them two forms of ID (mind you, my CC had already approved the charge, I confirmed on the phone with them). I told them that was not going to happen and they either give me what I had paid them for or refund me STAT. They started the refund process but claimed it would take several days (two weeks) to process. My CC company gave me a prompt credit. Needless to say I'll NEVER get scammed from them again.

Bought alot of games through Instant gaming. Only had 1 problem with my order ever and the seller made it right. I recommend all gamers to use them. I mainly use Paypal to pay so never really a issue there. They sell Steam, Origin, Uplay, Epic. What's not to love.

Selling used online codes, I contacted them when I tried to redeem my code and it said it had already been used and they won't help me said I need to contact psn. Please don't waste your money I've just lost money and now have an anger teenager as he can't get online.

It's all in the title: IG willingly and knowingly sells games that will not run on any modern system, and refuses refunds even though there is no way to know that they won't run on your system until you try to play them. Customer service was absolutely garbage too, refused to help even though they admitted that they knew the game wouldn't run. Their "terms of service" state there is no refund ever if you've already tried to redeem the key, but more than half the problems only come up after the key is used! They're happy to take your money and leave important information out of the specs so they can't claim that they said it would run, because they knew it wouldn't. I've been a customer of theirs for years but never again!

Didn't get a working key. Scammed me for my money. Bought Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga and I did not get my key.

Avoid.

It seems they pretend to accept PayPal and then ask for ID, after submitting ID they decline the purchase and say try again with credit card instead.

Do not use this website, they are a scam and should be avoided.

They also sell stolen keys as reported on other forums.

Instant gaming has good prices, nice website and fast delivery.
However their behaviour is a joke.
First of all, I was verified as a reseller such I could buy more than 5 games a day (btw. This is strange limit :D) .

Then they were suddenly sending me fake keys. Every key I bought was wrong. They explained it that those are their security measures... but against what? I was verified... they had my ID...

Then I was asking them on every single key if it is working. Most funny answer from the support was, that if they would be sending non existing or non working keys, they would be quickly ruined and not trustworthy: D

After that the keys were all good for like two months. However they told me, that they have new policy, that even resellers cannot buy more than 5 keys a day. On top of that, even those 5 keys a day were sometimes fake.

I have just a feeling that these Are just bunch of trolls.

And if the key is invalid and it was not intentionally sent as a fake one, be prepared for no support. You will have to check yourself the key with Steam, Microsoft and others depending on the platform the key was intended for.

I would love to see people not buying from them. Please shop on Eneba or CDkeys, those guys are legit and they are not liars.

I couldn't even start playing because of a "Confirm" button on the starting screen that can't be clicked on. I lost my time trying to fix it on my own and now I'm waiting for a response on my refund solicitude that I'm not even sure if it's gonna be accepted because Instant Gaming says that "we cannot take responsibility for performance issues. Contact the developer".
The developer didn't take my money. I feel scammed by Instant Gaming and I wouldn't recommend buying this game or any on this page.

After purchasing an item I was told to verify myself.
The instructions given and photo examples were available and I had proceeded to do so.

The rep answered and said that this is not acceptable and that you can send a photo and blur some parts (very vague and not clear what can and cannot be blurred)

Send a second time and was told that you cannot blur this part of the ID, which was not told in the first message.

Asked rep to confirm what can and cannot be blurred.
Waited for a reply and was told to blur anything except the name.

Tried again the third time and was told the transaction was cancelled for "security" reasons.

Very poor customer service and would not recommend.
The price of the game may entice you but the customer service will break the sale.
Stick with Steam at least you'll be treated more fairly with their customer service.

I had an account with Instant gaming. I bought a gift card for my friend and the code did not work. I tried the code myself to see if its gonna work for me and they banned my account even though i have a pre order of elden ring there so i dont know whats gonna happen. Support is really bad no answer

I bought a game that they claimed was worldwide and turns out it's not. I contacted their support and they gave me steps to deal with the issue. I come back with screenshots from Steam themselves proving I did not activate the code and yet they still refuse to give me a refund. Scam site, do not buy.
