What's not to like? Save money and instant access to my game, always my first place to get new purchases

I got a great deal for a few games i was already looking for. I had a problem with the transaction, but after i got in touch with the customer service it was solved, from writing my issue to the solution in a minute.

Seems easy enough to browse, choose, pay, play. No hassles.

Instant Gaming is a great place with many discounted games. I've bought some old and some newer ones because their prices were good. But sometimes when I'm waiting for a new game to be cheaper, the price is lower in other services earlier then on Instant Gaming and you need to remember about taxes...

I had to send image of the ID and this made the experience totally not instant - it took 24h to be able to receive the code. Moreover the originally provided code did not work at all and only after contacting the support they told be to provide the ID.

So many companies out there trying to sell keys but in my time I've only ever trusted one now I can add instant gaming to my list very cheap and very reliable so thank you and keep up the awesome work

I just ordered a few cheap game keys as everyone else here has. I got the routine "order held to ransome" because it needed verification after PayPal was used to complete the order. I uploaded a heavily blurred pic of my drivers licence where 100% only my name can be made out. I get an immediate message asking for more proof in the form of positive photo ID. I politely tell them to shove it and ask to cancel and refund. Once again I get an immediate message saying the "verification was complete".

Quick lesson points here kids.
01. Don't use this service.
02. Always use PayPal and not your CC details.
03. These messages are all PHP generated. There isn't someone answering to "validate". They are just getting as much private info as they can from you. How can they possibly confirm what you give them anyway?

I bought MGS for steam from IG, and the algorithm pushed Red Dead Redemption 2 at a good price to me at my shopping cart. I went with it and paid the $ for both. When I went to get my codes, I found that Red Dead Redemption 2 was not steam compatible but required a separate downloader. I requested to Instant-gaming that their system pushed an incompatible game to me, they refused to refund it since I started the process of downloading it, of course finding out it was not compatible. I asked for a refund they refused. I did a paypal dispute which found in their favor, but when I went to go ahead and try to work with the loader (knowing that I'd be unable to easily use it on my steam deck reason for initial purchase) but maybe could use it on my computer. They deactivated my account, effectively locking me out from access to my purchases. A retaliation toward a new customer who just wanted to get a couple games and start a buying relationship with them. Do not buy from this company - they hate customers.

So far I've order things 11 times all of them for xbox and there have been zero issues codes always work. Recommended

After they've taken your money they present you with the notification that they will hold you already purchased product hostage, until you hand over all your personal information. Like a picture of you passport and credit card. Assuming that their protection of this information is at best "not $#*!", which is a wild assumption, it's a 50/50 on whether or not your passport and credit card information will end up on the dark web some day. Nobody in their right mind would ever hand over this information to some random game selling website.

Complete scam, who try to get your ID details, like passport, driving license copies without any reason for that.

I have purchased games from this website for about a year now with no problems. My partner decided to buy a game for me for my birthday and they wanted to verify the credit card information fine that's fair. But the process they use is extremely invasive asking questions like what are buying the game for. And that they need pictures of my ID and my boyfriend I'd and a picture of his credit card you guy are not a bank or a security company and the sad part about it was you guys took the money REGARDLESS before validating anything and refused to give me my purchase this will be my last time shopping on this site

The company itself is terrible as the customer service, they force you to "verify" yourself to make sure it's not a third party "using your credentials" with a government issued id (that's from google btw). They're overall a scam and DO NOT TRUST. They probably actually steal your account info that's why you make sure when you buy keys and stuff to ALWAYS use paypal.

Ridiculous! I brought sims3 packs and i was given duplicate codes. They told me to contact EA and they couldn't do anything about it.! Im so annoyed! To many times i get scammed for my money! And they wont refund me!. Please do not buy off this website. Don't give them the benefit. Would not recommend this website!

The prices on this site are generally cheap tho ive seen sites that are cheaper, so hell id recommend you check out more moral places like humble bundle just in case if they have the game youre looking for cheaper or at the same price, that aside ive bought like 12 games so far and havent been scammed yet, hell one time i even got more than i bargained for, when i tried to buy a ck3 dlc "royal court" and they just sent me the expansion pass with practically all the dlcs. It was probably not just them trying to be nice but them just having that key left and i got lucky but still

"Instant Gaming" is the worst store I have ever seen!
They invent rules on the go, which are not written anywhere on the site! They can refuse service to you on their own initiative and block your account! If you were sold non-working code, then get ready to be ignored!
Customers are not respected here! With such an attitude towards their customers, you should not open online stores at all!
