Very easy to move around the website. Found what I was looking for and ordered it. I love that you use PayPal.

Did not receive my order, was told it was shipped to the wrong address and they would re- ship it. When I did not receive it again I contacted them and was told it was out of stock. They offered me a store credit which I I not want as I found my purchase elsewhere. I was told I would get a refund with a notification when the money was placed in my account. That refund never came. When I reached out again I recieved no answer. Beware

I ordered a Jelly fish lamp. When I finally got it, it worked for one day then quit. I contacted the company and told them it quit working, Andy said a replacement was on its way. When I got the "replacement" it was 2 face shields, not what I ordered. I have been trying for months to get a refund, and they refuse to give it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to credit the money back. Do not order anything from this company or you will more than likely have the same trouble I did. Save your money, the product isn't worth the trouble.

In December of 2020 we ordered a $60 lamp from InspireUplift.com. It was going to be a Christmas present.

We thought I had given ourselves lots of time but the lamp didn't come until January. When it DID come, it was cracked because the packaging was a thin cardboard box over the lamp's regular packaging. No protective packaging whatsoever.

We contacted support and they sent a new one, this one also took a while but not a full month. When we did receive it around February 26th, the packaging was the same flimsy box over box and the box itself was crushed and ripped but the lamp was not cracked this time. We tried it out and it seemed to work.

LESS than 2 months later, the lamp will now no longer turn off, you now have to unplug it. We did nothing to create this problem, the switch still moves it just doesn't shut off. It is clearly defective in some way. We contacted support and they stated that we were outside the 14 day window and couldn't get a refund.

So to sum up, for $60 we got what was supposed to be Christmas present two months late and it only worked for 2 months. This is a horrible company that does not stand behind its products.

Have not started to use my balance board r/t hip issue, Have put it together and look forward to being able to move better soon.

Last order I received 5 masks. This order is only 4 masks. Not happy with the change.

I like the shirt but I didn't see the discount that I activated.

It's too small, it's yellow not white, and it's thin and scratchy! Not at all as shown or advertised! I would never have chosen this if shopping in person.

Quick order process, just be patient delivery takes a while, ~3 weeks.

This company is a scam... They don't ship items that you pay for. Save your money, go to another retailer. Everything they have on here you can find elsewhere, even amazon. Don't throw your money at them because the product you order will never be delivered. They give you tracking numbers that provide no information as to where your product actually is in the shipping process and you will never get a refund for what you ordered and didn't receive. They are out to steal your money, and that's the bottom line for this company.

Really really cheap chap crappy products but even worse is their customer service! You will be wasting your money!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a computer stand for my son for Christmas on 12/8. After numerous emails back and forth with customer service, the item arrived the third week of January. As if that was not bad enough, the stand was very cheaply made and definitely not worth the money I paid. I contacted customer service and made arrangements to return the item. The item was confirmed returned on 01/16. But I never received my refund so I emailed customer service AGAIN. Only after the item had been returned, did they choose to tell me that I an not entitled to a refund - only store credit. Their website says that they stand behind the quality of their product. Guess not. So now, I am out $60 and had to go buy a different computer stand for my son. Lesson learned. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Received a damaged product with missing parts 30 days late. Customer service is not even willing to refund

Once I contacted customer service I felt better about receiving my order.
The customer service was promoted with answering my question.
The bras are very pretty and comfortable. I would however go with the next size up from what the chart shows.

People, do not support this scam company! They are not an authentic company, and many of their supposed 'positive reviews' are fake. I ordered an item from them, and not only did it end up being a faulty fake, the return shipping alone is the same cost as the price of the item, and they refuse to comp that money back! They are scammers and liars, and have horrible service. No one should buy from Inspire Uplift, so save your money. Return my money thiefs!

It would be nice if the dimensions were in God's imperial inches, and unfolded height range were given. It would not cost you much to add that.

I found it difficult to look at more items. You sent me a discount code 2021 and I couldn't find a place to apply the code. Would greatly appreciate your giving me the discount.

I should have a credit balance from an item that I returned last year. Is this still valid?
