This is my second purchase with your company/site. This was my first time using PayPal for my payment. I felt it was a little difficult. Also, was disappointed that I wasn't able to use my coupon code for $5 off of my order

First the pictures and directions are wrong; there is no safety turn off button as long as the battery is connected, which I should be able to remove but it won't come off... and I can't find where to plug it in to recharge it, which is bad enough, but after I got the saw connected IT DOESN'T EVEN CUT ANYTHING... and there is no company name on the box or instructions... HOW DO I RETURN IT? Oh, and they included the wrong kind of screwdriver!

I ordered two of the same product, but I have only received one of them, and now you want me to rate my experience when my order isn't complete. I would have thought you could have package both of them together for shipment. I have to wait for the second one in order to use the first. That's my experience!

Good so far hope it's not another scam i really need this product.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER.
Placed my order about 2 months ago and the item was "preparing for shipment" for over a month. Their website indicates that the order they require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order and estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. After various emails, on a weekly basis (and 6 weeks after placing the order), I requested a full refund as this website did not fulfill my order as promised. They refused to refund my money and instead decided to tell me that they would re-send my package. They never sent me a new tracking number and they simply refuse to refund my money. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER
