I purchased a Magic LED Drawing Board for Kids and when it was received I found it was not the item that appeared in the pictures in their advertisement. When I returned it I was told that I would not get a refund but rather a gift card to purchase another product. Why would I purchase another product from a company who engaged in these questionable practices.

Their advertised timeline is BS. I purchased an item on 11/30. Their website says up to 3 days handling and 7-10 business days for shipping. When it went well outside of this time frame I asked to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't. This happened several times. I was sent two different "tracking" streams - one had the item going through NY, the other GA. I don't believe either of these were legitimate. I received the item 1/2/21. Too late for Christmas. I requested to return it for a refund and they offered me a store credit, despite meeting the narrow terms for a refund advertised on their website. Bottom line: this is a Chinese company selling overpriced low quality merchandise, despite the US address the items ship from China and will not arrive anywhere near when they promise. They will do nothing to help you and will fight to not honor their own terms.
It's a good machine for small branches as expected. It's battery time is so short that it detracts from the use of the machine

I purchased an item on 12/7/2020 and as of 1/5/2021, it still hasn't been delivered. When I contact the company on 12/19/2020, their response was to send me a bogus tracking number. They finally sent me an email on 12/22/2020 with the valid tracking number. By then I had already replaced the item through a different company. I have asked to return it if I ever receive it, and they refuse to provide return authorization even though they can see that I didn't get the item within the guaranteed time frame of 7 to 10 days and they no that I no longer need the item since it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I have emailed them 4 times and their only response is to tell me that the item is still coming and they send me a link to the tracking information.

Slip cover was wrong color, did not fit or come with installation instructions, was wrong color and took too long to receive (shipped from China).

This was a Christmas gift, and the company seemed to be located within the United States, so I figured there was a good chance to get the item in time. The actual location from which the item was shipped is China, so I did not receive the item until after Christmas. This discrepancy between the supposed location of the company and its actual location is not noted in any obvious place on the website or in the confirmation emails. Very disappointing.

I order an item on Dec 11th it is now the 29th and still no item. Not only did I miss Christmas but also New Year. This is totally unacceptable. Everything else I ordered from other companies arrived on time. Never again.

Frustrating. I did not receive notification when the order shipped and finally had to contact Customer Service. They responded very quickly to tell me that my order had already shipped and gave me a tracking number. The order stalled in a couple different locations before even reaching the USPS. The order made it here in time for Christmas but took almost a month - not the 10 days suggested.

I order something - forgot to apply coupon... called customer service and was instructed to cancel the order and reorder it and apply the coupon. But of course canceling wasn't simple and by the time anyone responded to my emails to cancel the order they said they couldn't because the order was being ready to ship. Customer service rep said to send it back once we got - making it sound as easy as amazon - HA!
O sorry but you have to pay to ship it back and o yeah we'll only give you store credit...
And of course I had already re ordered the stupid thing again
So now I had 2 coming... so long story short I sent back the 1st order and the coupon code that saved me $20 bucks was now used to ship the 1st order back.
Now I got store credit... yeah!
Never shopping here again... not sure how these people can even exist with other vendors out there that are so easy to work with.
I never received my package and when I contacted them about it, they told me that they couldn't help me and to contact the shipping company which is out of China. So needless to say I'll never order from them again.
It was easy. It took longer than I was told to arrive. The remote control car is super small. I was surprised at how small it is.

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
