I ordered a Dust Master vacuum attachment that was suppose to have a universal fit. It did not fit either of my vacuums. When I asked where to send it for returns it took weeks to get a reply. Then I was asked to send a video of me trying to put it on my vacuums. I sent a video. Never heard back. Emailed again. Got another request to send a video, etc, etc. Sent the video to 3 people. Never heard back. Emailed again. Was told they couldn't open the video & to send it in Google. Did that. Then they tell me I can only return it for store credit! This process took over 2 months! Do not buy from them!

Not impressed at all. It worked, slightly, for one or two applications and then went completely dry. Couldn't get any response from customer service, and, their return policy is ridiculous. They will only refund if product has not been opened - what! Will not recommend to anyone and will have to throw this product away. What a waste of money!

I ordered the microblading eyebrow pen and didn't get any email so I ordered again and the second order, I did receive an email. Inspire Uplift has taken two payments from my credit card. I thought I could just give one to my friend. When I finally received it, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this product and my friend didn't like it either. I've contacted by email which is the only way to contact them. They have completely ignored my complaints. Come to find out, the only returns they take is "unopened" products! How can you guarantee 100% satisfaction without the customer opening and trying the product? This is false advertising! The product is junk!
