This company deserves zero stars! It took over a month to receive the 2 products I ordered. The tracking number they give you does nothing. By the time they arrived, they were no longer needed/wanted. I requested a refund and asked for a return address to send the unopened packages. It took over a week for them to respond and I was told they will only give store credit, no refund. Their customer service is POOR. I should have read their online reviews before ordering. Do Not Order from this company!
The product I ordered finally arrived yesterday! Interesting, don't you think? I contacted them again via their site and lo and behold here it is! I will not purchase anything from this site again. I hope my experience has helped others. Thanks Sitejabber for allowing me to vent!

I ordered a product from this site on Dec. 13. The emails I received from them a couple of days later gave a tracking number and according to that number the item is still in China. This was supposed to be a Christmas present! Wrote them on Dec. 31 and again today, January 7. On Jan 3 I did receive an email from Ian in Customer Service offering to increase my coupon from 10% to 15%! I tried to email him but it came back undeliverable, Any one else have a similar experience with this site? Thanks
I ordered a Christmas sweater dress on 11/28 and it never arrived. This company has zero customer service, if you have a problem like I did all you get is a bunch of automated answer bots. The good reviews on this site are fake and appear to be written by the same person, probably their own staff. I still could not get resolution on my missing order, their tracking shows it was never delivered and was returned to the company. But no one will answer my emails to their customer service, I just keep getting the same emails over and over that say "we will be back to you within one business day" (which is a total lie) or "your order is on its way") No, its not, it was refused by the shipper and is on its way back to China based on your own tracking. This company is a lying cheating scam of a business, I don't know how any legitimate site can host its ads or products. Please stay away for your own good.

I ordered 3 barbecue steam cleaners at 24.99 each. They came two weeks late and were just cheap plastic molds with wire sticking out. A place to add water but no steam and no pressure. Worth nothing. Company just sends out formatted reply. Am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Trying to get them off Facebook but not sure how. They are complete scammers. Stay away.

Ordered a pair of socks over two weeks ago. Got a shipping notification but the tracking number provided was not valid. I ordered and paid for the LED wall butterflies in August. They were intended for my granddaughter's birthday which is today October 25th. We still have not received them.
