Worst company ever, i wish i could rate them "zero" stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY. I ordered my husband a cigar merchandise from this company on december 1st, as it was going to be my christmas gift for him. My gift arrived on January 5th, broken! I emailed inspire uplift 3 times and was told 3 times that they will process my order in 3 days but no guarantee as they are too busy.
Be advised that this company has a 100% NON GUARANTEED POLICY ON EVERYTHING.
They only disclosed their NO guarantee on purchase, payments and shipping after they receive your money.

Zero customer service. Same as all the reviews on this site. They take your order and money then - nothing. Nothing ships and no one answers email, phone, nothing. I think this is a 100% scam and this site needs to be investigated for fraud.

First, I did receive my order as expected. No, it was not within 7-10 days, but when it's being delivered from China you aren't going to get it within 7-10 days. When I first placed my order it plainly stated it would take 1-3 days for the order to be processed. That's before anything even starts happening. Then it says depending on your country or region your delivery time will vary AFTER that. So you are basically 4 days in the hole before anything even starts happening involving delivery. They plainly state this in writing so I had no problems about that part. When all was said and done I placed my order on Jan 18 and received my order Jan 29. The order was correct, complete and in functioning order.
My only complaint with the process is the company should not even promote 7-10 days when that's just not going to happen. Second, their website should use large, bold letters and tell you they are located in China and your product is being sent from China, not the US. That alone will tell you 7-10 days is not going to happen.

These people are thieves. I was searching for a hat. As I order the item. It pop's up pages to upgrade. After that I was irritated and left the page. They took my card and charged me. After cancelling 7 times. They were harassing me via email's. Telling me long after the Holidays it would take 1-2 days. They didn't cancel nor return the $17.98. I called my bank to reverse the charge. The man informed me that the CS., rep. Put in for a re-occurring charge monthly. Mind you this wasn't a subscription of any kind.
