I received a text stating that my package was delivered today 3/20/19 at 2:11 pm. I then checked my porch nothing. Asked if anyone seen my package, nope. No one seen my package. I then decided to take and second look, review the text message, retrieve the tracking number, track my shipment by USPS. I then discovered that package is not only delivered to the wrong address. But in an entire different state and city different time zone... WTFFFF! How? This crap took forrrevver to get here nowwwwww I have wait even longer...
Ohh. Do not even bother calling the 800 number,,, It does not work.
The website for Inspire Uplift lists a Miami address, but don't be fooled into thinking your package is sent from there. My order was mailed from China using regular post with no option to upgrade to faster shipping options. I ordered weeks ago and have received nothing yet, except a tracking number and excuses. The company has dozens of complaints against them in one year with the Better Business Bureau! Stick with tried & true suppliers like Amazon or eBay.

The item I ordered and paid for on 1/30 arrived today (3/16). It arrived intact and it does what it's supposed to do, so I'm upgrading my review from one star to two. I still will not be doing business with this company again. There was no communication regarding the shipping delay, and no response to any of my inquiries until after I left my original, negative review. I also found the same product on ebay for one-third the price, in the interim. Boy did that make me feel dumb! I am relieved the item eventually came and I wasn't outright robbed, but definitely not a fan of this company.

I placed an order in January. It's now March and I've never received my item. When I click the tracking link they provided, all I get is "no tracking information is available at the moment". Hmmmmm. I've never seen that from another company, ever. Repeated requests for information by email, via facebook, and using their own contact form have been ignored. This was my first order and obviously will be my last. I no longer think they are a legitimate company at all. I think it's a den of scammers and thieves that have stolen my money. Stay away!
Love this company. Some complain that some products are not good, but I am happy with my purchases. I would like to recommend with my friends and family to buy from them.

I ordered this product on Jan 30th with a 7-10 business day shipping time. Plenty of time to get it before my guests from China would arrived on worst case. 10 days business is 14 days tops. Guest arrived on the 13th and leave on the 19th of Feb. On the 9th I shoot the company an email asking for an update. I finally get a notice that my product finally got shipped on the 15th of Feb from China. (WTF) 17 business days before it even shipped.
I've requested 2 refunds form the company with no replies... now going thru paypal.
It is 3/4/19,22 business days and I still haven't seen this product.
I don't mind long lead time but be honest about them.
If they'll lie about this they'll lie about anything.
