My purpose in signing up for this service was to find out the name of previous owner of a vehicle that I recently purchased, on the blurred copy of tile that was one of the bits of info that would suposedly been provided by your service. Once I bought in to your service I discovered that I would need to pay an additional 9.95 to get a full report that would identify the previous owners as well as other information. I opted to pay for this service to research the owner of a vehicle who has been parking on my private property. It appears to be a vehicle owned by a company (based on the lic. Plate).
