As with most of these search services, the site lures visitors by stating that there is information and you can see it if you pay. Then you pay, but the promised information is not there. When you complain, you are told that you were given whatever information was available. It's not that expensive, so it isn't worth a fight, you just cancel until the next time. I understand that if the information was available it would be provided, but you should not suggest that the information is available when it isn't.
