I canceled my subscription yet I'm still getting charged. The price went from 2$ initially to 28$ monthly. The service seems pretty mickey mouse and underhanded to say the least

Your sales practices are very deceptive. It was not clear that I was signing up for reoccurring charges when I asked for this one report. It was not made clear that you would not provide the total report. I will be contacting the BBB and giving your company a bad review.
