Very misleading

Your site shows that I can get title information on previous owners. After I pay the $2.99 I click on the original title and it takes me to a California DMV form to fill out to request title/owner information. This is very misleading. I could have found the California web site and form on my own, but I picked your site because it showed I could find the past titles/owners of the vehicle.

I believe you are misleading in what information is available. I was looking for the original owner, and your site shows owner history, but when I click on it the page goes to a California form to fill out to request title/owner information. This is very misleading - I could have found that form and filled it out myself without paying $2.99

Felt it was misleading once I paid the 2.95 fee then to really get the info I wanted it was going to cost alot more. Now I am trying to cancel my subscription and having issues as I definately dont want to pay any more fees as this was a one time search i needed to do

I was in a head on collision with a person and I was trying to find out if he was the actual owner of the car. Thats all I wanted to know. You gave me usless information like airbags and other bull crap I could care less about and could have found with a free look up online.

I cancelled my renewal weeks ahead of time and sent an email requesting that someone check that the cancelation went through. I never got a response and then I got charged $24.95! I need a refund AND for the cancelation to go through!
