I was shocked to find that they not only have 24-hr telephone customer service, but it takes only minutes to get to talk to a human being. The agents I spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable, fluent in my language (English), and worked quickly to get the issue resolved. My call got dropped and I was able to be put through to the agent I had been originally speaking with while the other stayed on hold to verify everything was satisfactorily handled. You can also arrange for them to call you if you don't want to wait for an agent. I would definitely recommend Infotracer all around. You get to run unlimited checks for a week for $2 before paying the big bucks and you can cancel at any time. I found the person I was looking for and the information provided was accurate to my knowledge. A premium report is available for $15.
