Our poor puppy was mauled by an aggressive (off-lead) and possibly illegal breed of dog. Luckily the owner gave us his phone number and were were able to trace it through info-tracer, finding his full name and possibly address and other phone number. With this information we should be able to report him to the authorities, track him down and have him pay the thousands he owes us for vet bills
