I needed to find the owner of the vehicle by license plate. This site promises this in advertisement but does not do it. This web site took my money for fake service. I will be requesting my money back. I searched someone that has had two or three bankruptcies, is in jail currently, was married and divorced. He had a business with a license in the past.
