If you have a subscription that you wish to cancel, Infotracer requires you to communicate with Infotracer via a contact form in order to do it. There should be a button with the option to cancel the subscription, where then you hit another button to confirm -- just like 99% of all other internet-based subscription products/services. The contact form requires that I follow up to make sure the cancellation was completed, which I shouldn't have to do. I think this is super shady and do not recommend.
