I ordered a report for 2.99. It gave me very little information. But, a pop up kept appearing at the top of my screen. It said "More info Available with Premium. So I paid 9.95 for a Premium report. Only thing is after I paid it nothing happened. I still only had the regular report. The preimum never showed up. Nor was it in my "Reports" tab. So naturally I contacted support. Legitimately the very same day. That would have been 4 days ago. I have not heard back.

This service did not provide the information they claimed to provide. I feel they just lure you in to charge you. Then they provide other links through which one has to pay another fee to get information. After paying another fee, the information I was looking for was not displayed as they make it seem "get full report"

The ad popped up alluding to "free" detailed info to be received regarding a license plate number I entered. The site seemed to compile the info and then, for a fee, it would reveal the results. I paid the small fee, but some of the most obvious info was incorrect. The site offered even more detail for an additional fee. At this point, I realized I would never get the info I really needed and cancelled this service. Pros are that cancellation was easy and the site was clear there would be automatic renewals on a monthly subscription until service was cancelled by one of 3 methods.

I ran two different person's info. The first one was finished with divorce. Infotracer did not have any record of divorce occurring. The second was in an active divorce. Infotracer didn't detect divorce records for this person either. So, the data is either unreliable, misrepresented as accurate, or dated-- at best.
The pricing structure requires you be a member, then pay extra for a "premium report".
