Paid the additional $2.95 and then it stated I could see history on a vehicle, owner, and if the vehicle was stolen for an additional $9.95. I didn't get anything more than the make and model of the vehicle? Well that was an extreme waste of $13 because I clearly knew what vehicle is was already if I had the license plate… don't bother wasting your money on this service.
