I paid $19.95 for vehicle owner information and upon receiving the report was given a message that I would need to pay $2.95 more for the owner information. I paid that and it still didn't give me what I paid for.

Cancelled immediately and will be filing with my card issuer for a fraudulent charge.

His middle initial is R for Reed. You have C. The Glendale, Fullerton and Corona addresses are correct as are Maria (mom) and Sarah (sister). Only 1 photo of him was correct.

Misleading results

I searched for a license plate online and Info Tracer website claimed have results but I had to pay for them. Upon paying the fee and creating an account, InfoTracer said there were no results. This shows Infotracer engages in false advertizing.
