Where is the name of the title holder? I can't get insurance because DMV says there is another title holder, but I don't know who. This service showed a thumbnail (blurred) that supposedly shows the title holder's name, but I don't see it anywhere. I will call Visa and file a complaint.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that Premium Reports are optional add-on services only that are separate from your subscription. You can exit the pop-up notification and continue the search without extra fees.

After reviewing your account thoroughly, no cancellation request was made before the end of your trial subscription, which is why the monthly fee was automatically charged.

On our checkout page, before the final billing step, the terms and conditions of the purchase, along with a detailed summary of the selected package, including the cost and duration of membership, are provided and must be approved/acknowledged for the purchase to be completed.

Nevertheless, we assure you that your account has been canceled. Since you haven't used the service beyond the trial, we issued a refund of $24.95. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account.

Additionally, one of our team members issued a refund of $ 9.95 for the Premium Report on April 23,2024.

Do not buy this. Very misleading and misrepresenting what you actually get with purchase. They will ask for $10 more to get pertinent information. Also, they do not respond to messages about cancellation.

I can see that you have already contacted customer service to cancel and can confirm that your account has been canceled. Rest assured, our company will no longer bill you. The payment made will allow you access until May 12,2024.
