I have been shopping from indianweddingsarees for past 5 years. And for past 3 years i have been facing issue of delayed delivery a lot. I as customer place my order way beforehand but indianweddingsarees is not been able to delivery my order on the expected date. The reasons are failed quailty check and recent one is production delay.
And one time this year in June was advised the purchased item has discontinued and will not have it online anymore. But a month later that item was back online again.
My recent order ******* was placed on 21/8/17. Tentative delivery date was 15/9/17 till now i have not received my order. The outfit is a gift to be worn by my mother in law for her son wedding function starting from 25/10/17. And it needs to be stitched.
I have been communications with one of their staff but he has not been of any help.
After my enquiries i was told
- 6 days delay then
- 13 days and now another
- 13 days. Tentative delivery is 18/10/17
I have given lot of consideration and have been giving indianweddingsarees to make me happy customer but they failed badly.
Because of these experiences i did my shopping from indianclothstore and they really looked after me. Even i have told my other families to shop from the new site.
Reason i shopped from indianweddingsarees i couldn't find the item with other retailer.
I have suffered a lot with indianweddingsarees. So management of indianweddingsarees if you read my experience please do some thing about it.
And the email you send customers is pathetic serve no purpose.
" subject: delay in shipping order..." is useless please read the content.

The Saree we ordered had a paint stain that we could NOT get rid of. Repeatedly contacted them a few times to replace, they claim to call me back, never heard back from them.
Bad experience. Will not recommend.
Price is good but shipping is to much. Please do free shipping to USA like utsav fashion they always dose free shipping.

My dress came on time and it fits right. The color was same as I saw it on the screen. My last transiting the measurement was little bit off but this time I got it right, so I am happy.

Poor service. Changing the delivery date. It's waste of time shopping on this site. I ordered for Eid a month ago but did not receive the order. They don't even tell you that they cannot make it till you contact them. Beware of delays if you are shopping for any occasion. Poor customer service.

Out of three lehengas i ordered two were as it was in the pict but the third one the lining was longer than the top fabric and unevenly trimmed
