I had to learn the hard way particularly with ordering clothes for my kids. I used their measuring guide and even sized up 2 sizes for each kid, but absolutely nothing fits and it costs more to return than it did to buy.
Also, I ordered a saree for myself and received a sheer piece of material instead of a top. Was told I had to reorder the whole dress if I wanted a shirt or to take it to a seamstress. It's a sheer piece of material…
Customer service is responsive but hasn't helped me. I guess if I knew better, I wouldn't have made these mistakes.

Moreover we had dedicated complain department too available 24 *7 - to address such specific issue -if any.
As per our Returns & exchange Policy the complain had to be brought to our notice Within 48 hours of order delivery.

Very beautiful outfit and I'm excited to wear this salwar kameez to my friend's wedding, and be able to be part of a different culture and traditions than my own (i asked bride to be if it would be fine for me to wear). I really like the color and I'm glad to have made this purchase. My only personal issue was the tracking as it wasn't kept up to date, which made me worried it wouldn't make it for the wedding. Thankfully it arrived on Christmas eve (wedding first weekend of January). Otherwise, satisfied with the product and service and would reccomend.
