I had paid for a stitched saree and was given the saree without stitching. After consultation with the team, I was given the stitched saree. Both times I was told my order to be delivered before time but never did infact I was told many lies that this item is ready but not the other one and next message will be the item I was told is ready. That's not ready but the other one is...no reply back to my emails. I requested many times for my order to be shipped on time but every time was promised to be shipped and delivered on such given time but never did... the order came after a month of wait and my event was done by then and had to buy more outfits from the city which was more expensive and waste of my money. Canada is going too expensive...only if I knew Indian wedding saree company is not professional at all was not gonna place the order. Even after my one time bad experience... happened same first time but I still took another chance. I will never recommend this site to anyone because of my bad experience twice and very bad customer service also. I never got any honest respond back and wait time was long for reply back even though the site says 24/7 customer service availability. I wish there was zero to give... but have to give one star rating... done with this site. Next time definitely will try some good and professional site.

The lehenga was absolutely beautiful. I loved it a lot. However, I had to alter it after I received it. I measured exactly according to their instructions but the waist of the skirt was huge. I had to stitch it for it to be wearable. The blouse's shape also had to be altered a bit to fit my body better, but this part is understandable. Either way it was a beautiful dress but just be prepared to alter it a bit in case you may need it.
