I had ordered from here in the past so thought i can rely on them for perfect goods.i ordered 2 outfits.unfortunately did not arrive on time as expected.i had to leave for a holiday.upon my return the parcel had arrived and was so excited to try the outfits.but both terribly badly stitched and colour of one was not even off white!its a horrible lemon.as their return policy says report within 48 hrs.i didnt bother to even complain.but will never buy from them again.i mean they should check the items before sending.no quality control.
I ordered 2 beautiful sarees and was so amazed at the quality and finish.and the service too.my order arrived on time as expected.will be placing orders from here only now on.
The outfit was really nice and the sizing was good but my delivery was delayed by over a week. I was supposed to be delivered 18/19 august and I received it on the 28th. I missed the event I was carded to wear it at on the 25th.

The sarees were all stunning and my blouses were stitched on time. But as it was coming from India which I wasn't aware. I was taxed VAT & Duty so please be aware folks! I had to pay extra £85! Because the sender put the actual value which incurred additional charges. This could have been avoided if the value was low. It made it all too expensive in the end & not worthwhile. It's better to pay a little extra & shop locally. So please keep this in mind!

We cannot predict where they will occur. Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another it is subject to these charges by the importing country`s rules and regulations.
