The lehenga was absolutely beautiful. I loved it a lot. However, I had to alter it after I received it. I measured exactly according to their instructions but the waist of the skirt was huge. I had to stitch it for it to be wearable. The blouse's shape also had to be altered a bit to fit my body better, but this part is understandable. Either way it was a beautiful dress but just be prepared to alter it a bit in case you may need it.
I have been a loyal and faithful customer and purchasing sarees and suits for my entire family from Indianweddingsarees! It's been almost 10yrs now!
Customer service gets a 5star rating, their stitching gets a 5star rating, quality too gets a 5star rating, BUT sometimes I have faced delays, So I wish they work on time management and keep their word, so if they can tackle the delays, NO other online store can provide you the kind of service like Indianweddingsarees!

Please do not waste your time on this site, the items are in extremely poor condition. My mum also ordered two men's kurti's and after almost two months of no response from this atrocious company, she demanded her money back. My outfits came within a month, but they look like they are made of plastic!

I highly recommend IndianWeddingSaree.com if you are in need of some authentic Indian wedding attire. The quality of the product was impressive and they were able to get to us in time for the wedding (about two weeks). My only suggestion would be going up a size in the jackets for men. The sizing chart on the website was accurate for my husband, however the mobility in the jacket across the back and shoulders ran small. It was difficult to lift arms to dance with the jacket being so fitted. I would definitely recommend Indianweddingsaree.com and will use them again if we have another Indian wedding to go to!

I purchased 4 items back in May and keep getting update about production delay. Upon further inquiry they then relay that one of the garment is discontinued. Then continues to send delay notifications. Again, upon inquiring they say we have 3 items ready, about to ship. I tell them I ordered 4 items- no answer. Fast forward one week later they tell me that 4 th one is also discontinued. Finally I threatened to refund my money and they sent it in mid June. Compared to that I ordered from mirraw same day and received item by mid May with no issues. I will never order from this site again

I have been very impressed with Amit Kumawat from the measurement team. He went over and beyond to ensure the blouse was fixed and promptly sent a prepaid label, have the blouse fixed and returned to ensure it arrived on our end before the wedding function. I have yet to see the fixed blouse but trust the measurement team must have done a thorough review as they stand by their product.

Their customer service and return policy sucks.
I called with some clarification questions and every single time the person answering the call knows nothing about service so will take message for someone else to call back who never calls back.
The return policy says free returns but it's absolutely not free. You have to pay to return and it's very costly from the United States. They apologize for their mistakes and gives 5%discount on the next purchase which never happens

I have used Indian Wedding Saree in the past and had a great experience with them. However, this time around, I placed an order for 2 girl outfits and there was a delay in one outfit, which delayed the shipment on both outfits. Then, I ordered 2 adult female outfits and there were 2 delays in one outfit, which necessitated my request to have the outfits shipped separately. It was a lot of follow-up and back and forth.

I missed my package delivery date. I had to pay duties in my country, and the Indian Wedding Saree company contacted me by email right away to follow up on my delivery and made sure I got it on time. They were very responsive. I ordered my outfit on May 7 and it was delivered by May 16. Outfit was just as pictured.
