Excellent communication but one was done twice and still not good, one came on time and was excellent and the third one was good except was delayed by 6 weeks. The company is good but I couldn't understand how one fits and the other doesn't - it costs them twice to send the goods. They could they very well if they focus on details. And have a good final inspection against the specifications. I have to say they are a very nice mob to deal with - courteous and honest. I will order next time but with strict instructions.

I've been a customer for 5 years. I love how you can customize your outfit/tailor them to your needs. As someone tall and curvy, I appreciate that. The prices are very reasonable and at times you do get what you pay for. However, the attention to detail and quality of the fabrics are very good. I do wish every outfit had back and front photos. I love how the design/alteration team works with you and your measurements, asking you to sign off on changes before going ahead.
It does take time to create the outfits, which I do not mind at all. I always order well in advance of the events I'll need it for and I would rather them take their time to create the best, quality outfit, rather than a rushed job.
