Shoes were not correct size for self or other members of groomsmen. The website was not helpful in figuring out how to do returns, and due to it being in India, cannot really easily communicate with them over the issues for the shoes.

Ive ordered from this website many times and everytime I had the same issue. They will say my item will come within a time period but then I will receive emails stating my items are being delayed for more than 10 days... Also the products are some what decent. And their discount offers are very confusing because theyll already include the discounted price in the product which will be shown in red but will claim that their customers will get additional discount at check out which isnt true. Overall, its cheaper than other websites like cbazzar and utsav fashion which is why I order from them. Ill advice buyers to keep the shipping date in mind because it is NEVER right!

Bought saree which was fine. I ordered jewellery through them too. But when I received the set, the necklace was broken. I sent them photos of the broken necklace and they sent another one. That second one was also broken. I asked if I can get another different necklace as maybe the one I had ordered was too delicate but they refused. They said they will send another one. Still haven't received it. Was wanting it for a wedding but haven't got it yet.

Original delivery date changed however the company failed to inform me. My outfit was specifically for a wedding and did not start being made 3 weeks after I placed the order and this was only because I chased it. It took over 2 weeks to get a refund and I only received it because I threatened legal action.

I am updating this review because I have since received my order, and I think the saree is excellent for the price. The material is good and the embroidery is beautiful.
The customer service could definitely improve and I'm glad that I placed my order well in advance since the shipping date changed at least 5 times with no real explanation. I still don't know about the tailoring, because I ordered it for someone else, but I'm hoping it fits.

I made an order in May. It was to arrive before Eid for my daughter. Order kept getting delayed. At one point I was told it is discontinued. Then that it was being sewn again due to quality control. Also that the order shipped when I clearly stated I wanted a refund as per the choice given to me. This is my third time ordering and each time there was a delay. Disappointed

Send you responses that product is still in production, but its never gets finished and don't even think about asking for a refund. Spend the extra money and shop local.

My shipment arrived almost 2 months later than the estimated arrival date. In addition it was about 10 sizes too large and almost impossible to alter. I usually purchase from this site and I have never experienced this problem before but I'm especially disappointed because when trying to contact customer service it was an automated service.

I really love this saree. It is as described, no surprises except even more stunning in person. Falls beautifully, not poofy. Edges are finished nicely and it even comes with a fall already in place. Would have ordered the blouse if I a had enough time, excellent price.

Service is excellent. However for the jacket they advised that the blouse piece does not have material for the sleeves. They will use matching colour. Not sure how it would like until I received the jacket. Hope to receive what I am expecting
