The skirt was sewn wrong, uneven, the bottom layer was sticking out. My tailor had to make so many adjustments, I ended up paying so much more than expected overall.

When I first ordered the anarkali, I could have sworn I saw that there was the same work on the front as on the back. When I received my order -- on time -- I was surprised to find that the black was plain. When I went back to the website to look at the pictures again, the picture that I was looking for has been removed.

I understand that any time you buy online there will always be slight differences with colours. However, when my suit arrived the colour was completely different to what was pictured. What I ordered was a light blue and silver suit but what arrived was a dark (royal?) blue and gold suit. Still a lovely suit but completely different to what I ordered.

Garment nothing like the picture. Expected a light flowy circle skirt, instead got a boxy heavy skirt. The top had extra lining making it heavy and shapeless.
The saree material was not as good as it looked on the website. Overall, it was good. More selections needed.

Otherwise good service but the live chat representative and the person who emails us from customer service should be on the same page regarding the date of delivery of every item ordered online. Customer service says it can be ordered on a selected date and we place the order but later we find out that it cannot be done on that date so why does the live chat representative says no problem you order it madam and send us an email nd ur ordered will be processed under urgent delivery yet it does not reach on time. So sorry this is the only issue I had with you guys

Don't buy the product with this merchant. Worst customer service and will never deliver the product on time. My item did not delivered and not refunded. So far delivery date pushed 3 times from Jan 15th to 26th. But still no guarantee and asking for confirmation of delivery. Real merchant never do like this. Please do not recommend to any one.

Worst customer service. They are making me run for the prodcut. Everytime I call them they gave me excuses and extension of delivery. I finally gave 2 more days and If not I am going to ask refund. Please go shop elsewhere if you don't need the delay of purchase and avoid this Hassle of not knowing when or if ever you will get your items.

Customer service was good. Saree was very good value & was exceptionally beautiful - I wore it for my daughters wedding. First time Ive worn a saree & got lots of compliments from grooms family members who commented particularly on the usefulness of a zip fastening rather than hooks & eyes at front of blouse.
My only reservation is that I would have liked reassurance from website that garments were handstiched & that ethical use of labour was involved ie living/fair wages are given to employees
