I placed an order about 2 months ahead of when I needed my outfit by. I placed order in January and needed the outfit for March for an important family function. When I checked the next day the product was discontinued but I was hopeful I was one of the last who could receive the product. After 3 whole weeks got an email saying I needed to place a next order since the product was discontinued and they would credit the money towards the next order while I would have to pay any additional fee. My next biggest question was will the new outfit come in time? Then i was immediately told the original outfit was back in production by the Sales team and I would receive the order by the end of February. I never heard anything from them until I reached out asking what was taking so long by the end of February. It takes a whole week for the item to be delivered to be from dispatch date. Whomever I spoke to was very rude and always sounded half asleep every time I called to inquire about the dispatch date. They kept telling me that the item is in production going through quality checks and I will surely have the outfit by end of February. By the end of February, they changed the dispatch date to March saying that they had a busy Holi season. My order was placed well before Holi season began. Eventually they gave me a dispatch date AFTER when i needed the outfit but I knew better than to think the outfit will come. I decided to cancel the order and of course they were so quick to say okay. Why could they just not tell me truth that I couldn't get my outfit? I had to rush to find a new outfit for my event causing so much unnecessary stress. I asked for some credit to my account for future purposes due to the hassle I had to go through with them and they said no. This is horrible service.

I ordered a dress the colour came different and it doesnt look exactly like the picture. It came darker and it doesnt look good Im very disappointed because I asked them and they said it will come exactly like the picture but it didnt. However the quality looks decent, but if you order something be ready for a different colour shade.

I bought two abaya long dresses and it's look okay but size was not right and they make very short dress, So I couldn't wear it. They was asking my height and always girls use high heel that's why my dress was very short, and I never can use it. I waste my money.

I was very impressed with my outfit and my daughters'. Both the outfits came before time as I did request them to do so. The choli was bit loose but that can be sorted. Overall a very happy customer. We will be placing order soon. Thank everyone at indian wedding saree for a fab job and support
