We are very happy with our initial order and will be ordering again very soon for an upcoming wedding. The clothes are beautifully made and the sizing was perfect!
The outfit did not fit. It was shaped like a box and not flattering at all. The back detailing that the model had in the picture did not exist in the actual garment. The outfit has no zipper on the choli so taking it off was an exercise. The choli was not fit and flare. It was very boxy near the waistline. It was very upsetting because I have a decent figure and the outfit did not do a good job of showcasing it. Aside from that, the customer service was good. The made adjustments in the sleeves for no extra cost for me.
Although the package arrived on time as promised, the patiala pants came in the wrong color. Website said purple / violet but was clearly black. The tunic fit very well, except on the left sleeve the button slit was not cut open therefore I could not roll up the sleeves. Also the packing slip showed the correct amount the the items listed did not reflect the purchased items.

My first time ordering from this website and my product did not come as it was shown and described on the website. I am very disappointed and it was total waste of my money. I bought a saree, it was exactly as shown in the picture and delivered on time... nice quality and worth the money paid.
I ordered and received 3 outfits, after 2 delays and many emails back and forth to customer services.
All 3 outfits have no zips on the side so it take 5-10 minutes to get the tops on with the help of my husband!
1 is peach even though it was pink online, 2 have asymmetrical stitching on the top half of the outfit (they were not supposed to be like that!)
Dupatta's look very cheap, & the material doesn't match the outfits either.
If you look closely at the stitching quality, it's not great!

Same here ordered 3 dresses / only 1 came with the measurements exactly as I sent.
The other 2 the sleeves too tight / dresses too short / arm s too tight / bust too tight / material was ok. Then they tried to deny it was their fault. It sewed too tight around the arms. Then the offered me $10 store voucher which I refused. I ended up getting only $15 refund to have all 3 dresses altered at my local tailor. When will they realised they are sabotaging their own business by not meeting the customers satisfaction and custom measurement as they asked for.

They failed to deliver my saree before the event I was attending despite my order being placed over a month before it was required; written instruction when I required it by; an expected delivery date that was well before my event and many emails asking for updates on my purchase.
The customer service was absolutely no help at all, only repeatedly telling me that my saree would be delivered four days AFTER my event, which for some reason they thought was acceptable.
Please take my advice, there are plenty of other websites out there that you can purchase your saree from, do yourself a favour and try one of those. Or like me you might be panic buying a new saree the night before your event and spending double the money.
