I ordered the outfit for my son for a very important family event with plenty of time in advance based on the delivery date provided by IndianWeddingSatee.c however they kept pushing every week by a week in spite of knowing what situation this put me in.
In the end I was left without the outfit and then to put salt on the injury they took no accountability and kept sending me email saying see you with your next order.
Did absolutely nothing to address my concerns and or correct the situation
Ordered a saree and couple of suits. All items were beautiful and the suits were a perfect fit. Service and communication were great.

I would never recommend your service to anyone. Over 3 weeks of delay, missing items, incorrect information, lack of customer service and false and disrespectful behaviour of staff. Ultimately, I had to go to the courier shop to collect the item as they refused to deliver because of the lazy courier service.
The item was defective, wrong size and inferior quality. Part of the item they sent to a different address in a different country.
I was planning to wear the traditional wear for a family wedding but I couldn't as it was not delivered on time even though I had ordered in over 6-8 weeks before and the promised delivery time was 2 -3 weeks.
I had to go and buy new clothing and all the inconvenience caused due to your delays and inefficiency, excuses and blatant lies.
No formal apology or REFUND was provided either.
Terrible experience. I wish I could give you negative rating below 1 star.

The staff at Indian Wedding Saree were awesome from the time my order was placed to delivery. I ordered a lehenga and didn't see an option to select a size. I placed the order, assuming they would reach out to me asking for sizing before shipping the item. However, that did not happen and I was surprised when I received an email saying my order had shipped. Since no sizing info was provided, I had no idea what they'd send. I double checked the page and realized it said the items would arrive "unstitched," which I assumed meant they'd be easy to get tailored.
The skirt arrived as described and I did have to get it stitched together. The fabric was beautiful though. The top, which was supposed to be a one-shoulder top, was just a square of fabric. There was no stitching whatsoever and no instruction on how to create the design shown online from scratch. I was extremely disappointed that this was not just unstitched, but completely unmade in any way possible. The skirt was at least complete except the final stitching.
I reached out to the customer service and they said they could stitch it for me but I'd have to pay $30 for the service, plus $40 to ship it back. Combined, this was almost the same as the original cost I paid for the complete lehenga, which didn't seem worth it. I ended up buying a separate top in India for $17 that was much better quality than this top would have been, based on the square of fabric I received.
Don't buy an unstitched item unless you want to literally make your clothes from scratch.

Unfortunately as there is no instruction or email at your end in complete order processing stage- so we completed your valuable order in the way we received it in Un-stitched From.
Yes- our team guided you after you received the item that how the stitching can be done based on the cost given to you including the pick up cost & shipment cost.

This is actually for two purchases. One was the wrong size, and it was replaced without hassle (after I showed evidence of the problem). The other was a beautiful salwar kameez, which fit well. I think it is important for customers to know that problems are addressed and solved by Indian Wedding Saree- there are many companies which just ignore the concerns of their customers. These people did a good job.

The delivery was fine, as it always has been. This company is very good on delivery.
The sari material was a bit scratchy, rather than soft, but was attractive.
The major virtue of this company is that they are concerned with customers, and willing to deal with any problems.
I have stopped dealing with other online sari companies because they do not care about their customers- they just ignore any problems, and I have lost time and money from them.
I have found this company to have fine garments, and also good customer care.

I had asked to add little long sleeves as it was sleeveless top. They just picked any material and added it, not added the same cloth that the dress was.
