Indianeagle using the pandemic as an avenue to generate money and charging a hefty $75 per passenger(not ticket) for any cancellation, most of the cancellations are due to the Airline canceling the flights. Please stay away from Indianeagle.

I had to go through multiple calls with Indian eagles and finally Mr. Arni was able to explain how tickets refunds from AI has became pain irrespective agent or even if you book from AirIndia website. Arni was also helpful to giving other options like keeping the tickets open and guiding me. Would recommend others to avoid booking AI flights if you are not sure of traveling to India due to current situation.

Worst team which is not taking care of…
Worst team which is not taking care of customers just worry about own commission. I booked flights and due to covid i did cancel they took cancellation charges where airindia did the waiver off canceled charge. Dont book any flight and still i am waiting for refund. They were saying last 10 month u will get refund within 1 month and i am still waiting their one month to complete.

I choose to pay 30$ cancelation fees Insted of do Argument with Customer service Employee, who are hired under low pay rate. During to conversation I have automatically transfer to 3 diffrent people without even I know & I have to repet everything again to all. And finally they Told me I should Have to policy before I book the ticket! Well they are right too. So I better to choose cancelation and pay 30$ instade I can easlly can Modifie my booking without pay anything, because I think if They can not give me a better service before my trip How the hell they will help me during my trip.

I wish there is a way to sue this business. Never ever book through them, you have to work hard to get a refund, even though airlines cancelled the flights.

Please avoid booking ticket here if your plans May change as you will be charged se Vice fees even if the airlines issues full refund and you will made work hard to get your changes done specifically of the change was for a reason beyond your control

The airline I had my flight scheduled with for onward journey to India was automatically cancelled in the wake of the pandemic. But it was not easy to get the refund from the airline. The airline was delaying the refund in view of their depleting cash reserve. All thanks to Indian eagle for intervening and getting me refunds.

During the pandemic situation, these guys cheating customers. When the airlines do full refund, indianeagle charge 75 to 150 per customer in giving back your own money for flight cancellations. Whole bunch of idiots. Never saw this kind of fraud. They do not know when to do business. Hope these should go bankrupt soon.

Indian eagle booked my round trip to Delhi for traveling in April. I postpone my travel plans and cancelled my booking for personal health reasons just before the Corona outbreak affected international travel. As I cancelled the reservation before the airline cancelled tickets for affected flights, i was denied refund for the cancellation. Indian eagle intervened in the matter and got me refund from the airline on medical grounds. I was greatly helped by their sincere service though it took longer to get refund credited in the current situation. I did not mind paying them the refund processing fee for their genuine service.

If airlines cancel their flight, don't expect full refund. Indian Eagle will add so called processing fees up-to 75USD per passenger. This happened with me when flight was cancelled.

Apart from the Indian Eagle web portal, I was also impressed by their customer service. The agent helped me book the flight tickets for my family at a really cheap price. At first, I hesitated to book flight tickets over the call as I'm used to booking tickets by just googling for them. I was surprised by the way the agents handled the issues and provided me with information regarding prices of tickets on various flights and dates. I will be using Indian Eagle for my next trip as well.

I appreciate the support provided by the Indian Eagle customer service. Having multiple itineraries, I was a bit confused about the online flight booking process but the person listened to me calmly and helped me out. I must say I got really cheap deals. I basically had a good experience and hassle-free booking.
