They will not explain you T&C. They hide information and ultimately if you change/Cancel itinerary it will cost your money. In my case because I have booked tickets from Indian eagle now $600 ticket is finally costing to $1000. But I don't have choice. Customer care person told if you want to travel then you have to pay. Also, Avoid Indian eagle if your travel dates are not fixed. They charge extra $240 per person. Better book you tickets directly from Airline website.

Horrible service

I n case if you want to change, they simply give a merry go around. Customer service Reps dont connect to supervisor and they tried to play pest control support options. Horrible stay away

Service is pathetic.

I requested for a refund due to covid situations. Initially they agreed to give the refund. But later they came with some story saying the airlines is not ready to provide the refund. I never faced this issue with any other booking agents.

I booked my Dad's Ticket for 19th March 2022 with Air India / Turkish Airlines.
I was checking same combination on competitors website however none were showing this deal, so I enquired with one agent he told me that, Turkish is not allowed to operate from India thats the reason they are not showing this combination and he added is someone is giving you this combination, they will cancel your ticket in few days and refund your money after 30+ Days.
I was in contact to IndianEagle Agent, I told this to him what competitor agent said, he took some time to check and said, no its operating and you will not have any issue. So I booked ticket.
To my surprise, today morning my ticket is cancelled and Agent is saying they cant help me and my ticket amount will be refunded after 45+ days.

This is clear case of CHEATING CUSTOMER and taking CUSTOMERS for Granted.

BEWARE of INDIANEAGLES, they are LIARS

Indian Eagle sent me an email with the amount of the refund I would get from a fully refundable ticket. Yet after two months, I have only received a partial refund. I have called them several times, sent several emails, and have received no help at all.

Beware and avoid scam artists like this.

We had a bad experience.

I am traveling with 2 kids, They didn't give seating in the order asking to pay $160 for each.
The travel was very long and spent more money on it.
We booked with the agent name Azeez and Varma.
Don't book with them.

Fraud company

Terribly unpleasant experience. First they portray that they are giving ticket for very less price and if for some reason you end up for rescheduling you are killed. They give unrealistic reschedule fares and then ask to cancel if not required with a lot of high cancellation fees. The worst is, keep a tab on your credit card, they even make fraudulent charges like after an year. I have raised complaints to all sort of agencies and got back my $1010 back which was charged! Fraud company

Poor customer service

I had to cancel my flight due to COVID - air India and customer service told me that I can keep it open ended for $110. Strange since most airlines during COVID were waiving charges. Anyway when I tried to rebook the flight tickets were cheaper than my original price - indian early customer service say they cannot locate that itinerary and apparently I cannot make a change in the reservation if the flight tickets are cheaper. WTF is this rule. It has been a hassle dealing with this and I'm sure going forward will never work with them. The cancellation fee also looks shady if I decide to cancel the flights all together - they emailed me that when I cancel the airline will give me the refund (-100$) or so which is fine but then they are going to charge me $140 in cancellation fees. Now this is very shady operation.

Indian Eagle or Indian vulture?

Due to Covid I wanted to switch the dates of my flight but IndianVulture is charging me $500 in fees for changing it. The fare for new dates cheaper on their own website than the dates I had but IndianVulture is insisting their fees are $500+, which is just crazy. I have booked with Indian Vulture over 4 times in the past 2 years but this will be my last, I'd rather spend money somewhere else. Screw these guys.

Agents try to help but it's very difficult to get money back to ur account even if the tickets r not confirmed thru Air India. You have to be lucky to be connecting to right agent. Krishna helped resolve the issue.

When the airlines cancel the ticket they request 75$ for initiating a refund recently lot of Etihad airlines booked from Indian Eagle got canceled and they are sending emails two days before travel to request refund for 75$. I had to pay more than the round trip of the flight due to cancellation of the flight.

It's good as long as you traveled with the ticket, if you cancel or make adjustments, gone. You have to fight with them and even they don't provide a response to the credit card companies as well. The simple tag is Flights companies are delaying the refunds, so pls wait another 18-20 weeks.

The worst customer service and they will provide only one email, whenever you sent an email to that mail id, always receive a response like below.

They just want to charge you extra money. Better to give more to other trusted company. Don't book with them. They don't say you anything when they are booking but after they charge 150$ extra for rescheduling or more
