Such a cool website. Very well thought-through and efficient to use. Also got us the cheapest flights out of any site for our latest trip, and it's done that for me once before. It doesn't have the cheapest prices 100% of the time, but it often does.

It is because of awesome agents like Sanvi, that loyal customer like me keep coming back to Indian eagle. She was very deligent in getting me a best deal.

Very helpful customer service agent. He was patient and waited on the line till I had all information to complete the transaction

They will change your itenary multiple times without communication and force the customer to pay through zelle illegally. Please ave your money and book at other good websites. Very rude and unprofessional service

On my birthday, I got a $15 coupon in my email with March 17,2023 expiry. I had to book a flight. I found a ticket on the Indian Eagle (IE) website for $408.10. When trying to book that ticket using the coupon, the website gave an error saying that the coupon validity had expired, which means IE issued a faulty coupon. I called customer care to report this issue and seek help. I told them that this is a time-sensitive issue and that ticket prices will rise soon. The agent talking to me told me that their team is looking into this and will respond in 15-20 minutes with a resolution. I didn't receive a call back for 2 hours. I called them again. I spoke with a new agent who told me the exact same thing. As of then, the ticket was still available for $408.10 on their website. I did not receive any callback for 6 hours. I called them again and asked to speak with a manager. By now, the ticket price had gone up to $416.10 on IE, so I tried booking it online. The supervisor denied proper help and said that I need to pay $442.10 for that ticket, which was available on IE for $416.10. I kept asking why I should pay more when it is available for a lower price on IE but he didn't budge. After multiple calls, I tried working with him towards a resolution but he forced me to pay via Zelle instead of accepting payment via their online payment gateway. Again, I had to make several calls to them to try and reach a resolution. Next, they demanded an email from me that I would not request a chargeback, even though I have booked with IE before and have no history of chargebacks. As of now, I have 2 pending bookings with IE (along with my credit card info) that they are neither willing to confirm nor cancel. I and IE have evidence of all these claims as screenshots and call recordings. I would like for some authority to review these demands from IE and determine if they are legal and ethical because it looks like a business trying to coerce a specific behavior from a customer.

Just wanted to share my experience, hopefully it will benefit others. Lesson learned in a hard way. Bought an airIndia ticket from IndianEagle, these third party companies are good as long as you don't change your plan but the minute you need to modify your travel plan you are stuck with their scammy policies. This time I needed to change dates. I found out that Airline does't impose any penalty to change dates, so essentially I just needed to pay the fare difference which was approx ~140 (for 2 people) and air india told me because I bought it from 3rd party they can't edit my ticket and I have to do it with Indian Eagle. Indian eagle tripled their price and I have to pay more than $420, I had no other option but to pay them because I was stuck. I learned very hard lesson and going forward will always book directly from airline there is absolutely no benefit using these 3rd party agents.

Customer service is good. Rama Krishna help me to modify the flight tickets with best fare. I prefer this travel agency they will take care end to end.

They book the ticket in a very friendly manner but in case you have to make date changes to a later date then they charge HEAVY date change charges. Cancellation charges are EVEN MORE. I did a cross-check on the date change price with Indian eagle compared to AIR INDIA. AIR INDIA gave me a date change with NO EXTRA CHARGES & same ticket fare. While Indian Eagle asked for $ 473.5 EXTRA for a date change for the same date. FRAUD COMPANY.

I appreciate the service by Indian Eagle and especially travel agent, Mr. Islam, who helped me today to finalize my itinerary. I always use Indian Eagle to book my trips and my extended family is also using their services!

I am not recommend to book ticket through Indian eagle. Please please do not book any ticket with Indian eagle. It is very hard to get refund from that. Vaibhav, noor and Ramakrishna are lier. They are keep telling to me you will get refund in 10 days then still I am awaiting for that.

People make mistakes. Companies/systems have some errors occur. But what makes up, is the customer service that can act and rectify these mishaps. I have been waiting for literally 2 months for a refund of over charges by Indian Eagle. Every time I call them there is creative story as to why they have not processed the refund. Indian Eagle and the their Customer Service manager Ramakrishna are the living examples of what customer service should **not** be. Please stay away from this company and fraudulent services. I have been booking only through them for the last 8 years with at least one annual trip. Booking process was seamless as usual. However, their service has become sub-par. I was promised $60 cashback by their agent, Chaitan, during the booking which I was supposed to receive within 48 hours. I never heard back from them. I emailed them, texted them but nobody bothered to give a damn anymore since they have my money. One of the agents just outright lied about their policy and was dodging questions on the status and many other questions. The other agent told me Chaitan never put in a request in their system to process the deal. So he too lied to me. It's been more than 3 weeks now. They can keep the promised $60 cashback, it's more about breaking trust and confidence in your business than the money. By being this greedy and deceitful, you're just going to lose a long time customer after 8 years of doing business with you. Before this review is answered with the typical "reach out to us" message, I have tried all means including the feedback page on the website where I provided everything that was asked for. As expected, nobody reached out. Also, I'm clear here that I am no longer going to continue my business with you so don't come back with "hope you give us another try" or similar.

They offer a very user frindly interface for flight search and booking experience. Downside that I experienced is in their booking process. Once you have finalized your flight and made the payment, Indian eagle's backend team will take their own sweet time to verify your payment details and call you for confirmation. In my case it was well over 24 hours and by then the fare got increased.

They show low prices on third websites, like Kayak, and then ask you to call. Totally waste of time.

Booked my flights thru this site and it has been a horrible experience since day 1. I am still waiting on my credit since past 6 months. Customer service as well as management just assure that you will get the credit but no action taken. Its a SCAM please do not book from this site.

Never ever trust these guys, they will cheat you if you want to modify or cancel your ticket. For modification, flight price shown in their website will not apply, they will add additional 300$ to 400$. Cancelation fee is 350$ in their website but if you call them it will be 445$. Worst service.

We had to re-book our tickets on Air India. Price online was below what we had paid originally. Yet, Indian Eagle claimed we had to pay an additional $245 and it was Air India that was charging as fare difference. We called Air India and they said we don't need to pay anything extra. Indian Eagle apparently was trying to take us for a ride and we called their bluff. Took me several hours to get this sorted out though.
