They prices are might less by 5-10% compared to others, but services are way slower then acceptable level.

Never recommend anybody to do any work with them! Their executives are not knowledgeable. And mamagers dont bother to give answer

VERY VERY WORST SERVICE And MANIPULATING PEOPLE WITH FAKE PROMISES AND FAKE ACCOUNTABILITY,NOT PROVIDING PROPER RESPONSE, SHIFTING OF WORK BETWEEN ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER ASKING BRIBES AND ENCOURAGE S BRIBES.

I purchased for Proprietorship Registration and when we reached the GST registration stage, the person handling my case wasn't that knowledgeable or knew what they were doing and my application was rejected. Then they put my GST Registration on hold. They don't respond to texts, they don't pick calls, the live help is no use either. I've been trying to ask them what all do they need from me so we can get it done, but nothing. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do.

I ignored similar reviews from other people thinking my experience would be better but it has been horrible. Don't work with them. Your local CA might charge more, but will be available, communicate clearly and importantly get the job done. Please go with someone else.

I started my company registration on 12 Feb and I was assured that everything will be finalized within 15 days. Now today is 29 April and I am still waiting.
The company doesn't give a dam about your deadlines or your problems. It seems that They just enjoy the sufferings of their clients. The staff is disgusting, pathetic and have no moral values. Will tell you that I am going to call you back in 10 minutes but will not pick your call whole day. Next day they will repeat the same.
The staff is overburdend and forget to move your application. They fill the wrong information in your profile and will ask money to correct the same. I will attach the screenshots of my conversation to varify my review.
If there was minus stars I will give them minus 5.

I had good virtual office service along with gst, PAN Card. It's already 8 days gone staff are not clear about the process.

Extremely poor customer support from the team (@attn. Mr. Sarit Ranjan) who have been constantly promising resolution to my issues without any progress. I`ve been waiting to get my company incorporated for over a year and this team has been taking me for a ride. I`m frustrated beyond words and honestly just want my money back at this point of time. Pathetic service!

Please find the attached proof of documents, there staff Sushmita and Rajesh and also for that matter india filling they have kept the name on whiuch im filling a complaint also at court and will sue them they took money 3 months before and not done a single work and on calls always giving reasons and then not picking the calls and not responding to messages being online and not trustworthy at all dont waste your money on them never trust these cheaters.

Every now and then your RM will change and they don't even maintain proper records for their clients. You will have to explain the entire requirement and keep sending all the documents again and again. They won't even guide you for important government deadlines. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. These people don't have qualified staff also. Better to go with any local CA

We are a USA based company, and I used their services for Virtual Office.
We engaged them in May and it is November and our VO is not open neither is our bank account.
We have been put in touch with so many people, and this is the worst experience ever.

Its the worst company n employs i have worked with till date, these people are not in market for bussiness these people are here to fool clients and gobble up client's money and then just vanishes no response nothing all phones automatically goes switch off, need to take some legal actions against these people! These people stay online see ur msg n dun even reply or call back n update false ans in their system saying customer is not picking the call, Shailendra, Farzana, Rajni, Saraswati and i dun know many more, list goes on and i dun understand everyday these people are on leave, so they just ear client's money and take leaves n enjoy that is what there job is for that they get payed not for providing gud service to clients, most irresponsible and unethical company n shameless employes.

They said less than a month they would do the registration but it took More 7 months to register my business and they do not answer the call.

They'll employ all interns and newbies having little to no idea how to handle filings resulting in unacceptable delays of Months, no followups, messing up uploading documents and No idea how to handle profrssional work.

If you are serious about your business you would keep your business away from there, Don't fall for all these fake reviews, It has been 3rd month on and till now my company is not where near registration and all they tell you is that govt website is the issues.
