It's been 6 months for a simple company incorporation when you call them they don't respond when you raise tickets they don't respond bunch of mother f*****s work here

Most unorganized, unprofessional lazy employees, filled with lies and false promises,
Made the mistake of hiring the company to - 1. Register our new company 2. Get IEC 3. Get FSSAI product registration
Keep getting asked for new documents, even after 2 months, company not formed, employees chat from personal whatsapp, no proper emails, Ac manager stopped picking calls had to file a complaint, My refund is stuck for 1 month no response from their teams. Over 5 emails sent.

I would rate them 0 out of 5. Extremely dissatisfied with no response. I have to follow up each month for my GST tax filing. They take decisions without contacting me and sadly I paid for annual subscription and its 2 months so far. I am stuck with them. I would not recommend them at all. Most of the executives don't even understand basic English.

They are a fraud company, they charge you 3 times of the cost of the licence then they don't even care if the licence gets issued and they make you pay huge bribes to the officers and harass their customers. They are hand in glove with all the bribery racket. Pls beware!

I am the Founder and CEO of a bangalore based Private Limited Company and I was introduced to them by my cousin in Kerala who had registered his Pvt Ltd company with them. So was I. Got the service all done beautifully well in the year 2018 when their process was smooth and the employees were cordial and friendly. Things changed drastically when in 2020, I took support from them for changing my address in incorporation certificate as well as GST. My money is still with them, not refunding and didnt complete the job yet. The difference was the assigned people were incompetent and their systems were just to fool people sending maiils setting up automated messages giving false statuses. Things went by, I was helpless as I didnt have anybody to contact and then, I came to them for another service knowing their pathetic service back in 2020. This time in February 2023, I enrolled them for registering my one more company. See what, 6 months over i paid more than 24k for registering my office space to give an NOC agreement from another vendor, and Indiafilings has got it submitted two times till May, nothing happened. This time, I went by email to their higher authorities and they assigned to another manager and his deputy, its a month over they are asking wayward questions, asking different types of documents and even after explaining several times, he will forget it and keep asking again and again as he is busy with other customers and get confused by himself. All the way, for the last 6 months I am not able to do the job for my new company as its still not registered.Pathertic Pathetic Pathetic. What else should i inform you. Cant rely their incompetent staff, whom after calling several times will only pick up once and never again response. But if we go for a service, payment is taken upfront in minutes and job will keep pending.

Worst Company. They take your Money and disappear. They charged me for the entire year and then just stopped responding. Maaz was my POC, a typical Scammer. Kept calling everyday begging to complete payment, and once payment was completed simply disappeared and proceeded with scamming other customers I guess. Avoid this company if your looking for business registration, payroll, HR assist etc. It's a SCAM!

I rarely find myself compelled to leave negative reviews, but my experience with IndiaFilings has been so poor that I feel obliged to share my ordeal. I hired their services for the registration of our LLP in early July 2023, and it has been an uphill struggle since then.

Firstly, the coordination from the team was virtually non-existent. Our assigned contact, Mohan, showed a clear lack of professionalism and urgency. Our inquiries were often ignored, and even when we did receive responses, they were either delayed or completely unhelpful.

Furthermore, the team displayed a disconcerting lack of diligence when it came to processing our requested LLP names. Despite our personal verification showing the names we had given were available, we were inaccurately informed they were already taken. This misinformation not only delayed our registration process but also cast doubt over the team's competency.

What's more, our repeated attempts to escalate the issue through their helpline were met with a frustrating silence. The lack of communication and indifference to our concerns is simply unacceptable.

When we asked for a full refund due to these issues, they proposed only an 80% refund. Even after providing clear evidence supporting our case, the full refund is yet to be granted, and we are met with silence when seeking updates.

Overall, our experience with IndiaFilings has been incredibly disappointing. Their service was not just inefficient, but their lack of communication and disregard for our concerns was outright unprofessional. I strongly discourage anyone considering their services to rethink their decision unless they are prepared to endure the frustration and setbacks that we have experienced.

They force for add-on service and fake promises of opening current account but post getting their service they just don't get back to you. They told me to open bank account in DBS by promising me to credit the amount I paid for their service. Even after one and half months they didn't credited the amount and asking me to take other services.

I give my company to incorporate but they took my money but after then no response from Indiafilings team, all the time employees change the company but not proper response from India filings, not recommended company they good title Indiafilings but they are not worth for this name.

The Indiafilings sales team they just sale the product with the customer but after paid the amount totally they miss guid us

Honestly this is my one year hard work with Indiafilings team I'm fed up with them

Please don't spoil your money with them, better hire CA known to you in market...The company executives will not call, correspondence once they receive the payment. The positive rating and review are managed one.

Very Worst Customer Care Service. They took 70 Days for opening a Private Limited Company registration. Till not completed.
Always Money minded. If you jump into their trap, they will force you to buy all plans / sales whatever they are selling. Don't fall in their trap.

I strongly feel this is a scam or a fraud company, they charged me around 35k but now asking more money. I feel I am trapped with a scam

FROM 45 DAY I AM REGISTERING A PVT LTD COMPANY WHOSE CORPORATION CERTIFICATE HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN,
THEY ARE ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL FEES ON ONE PRETEST OR THE OTHER AND ARE BLACKMAILING

Since April Trade mark filing status.is pending... when ever I ask them for update they keep on transferring calls from one person to another. Nobody is professional keeps on changing statements

This is not a company. This is a group of thugs and thieves. Do not even want to try there service if you think your money have a value. Instead of contact these thugs contact any local internet cafe or CA.

India filings has not been as they promised. They don't have enough work capability, they just want to increase the business by getting more customers. So beware of what are you paying for

Guys I applied for sole proprietorship
Mr Hritik was the salesperson who asked 2600 rs as payment and then only he will process
I paid it on 17th April and then he said it will take just 7 working days I reconfrmed he said yes only 7 working days

Then there was no response from him there were 2 people assigned

Both these ladies did not respond well just saying wait ma'am in process this will take time that will take time. I strongly do not recommend to go with them.
