Fraud company! Do not trust their words they have many hidden prices from the price which they actually quote. Its been more than 2 months now and I have been continuously following up with them to send me my company's documents but they have not yet shared or created even on MCA portal my documents are unavailable. They do not care for you after making money. My money is gone and I will suggest readers not to get in trap of them, They will take your money very politely then they start their upselling strategy where to get your own documents you have to create any other documents and you will end up paying 3x or 5x of amount.

They are very prompt in taking advance money but post that they become unresponsive. They dont pick your calls, they dont do your work, they dont tell you progress and in my case even after escalation nothing happened. I think my money is gone, I lost my time and energy and now i have to get it done from someone-else in my locality. I strongly recommend people not to give your hard earned money to cheaters.

I had approached indiafilings to register a partnership in April this year. Even 4 months later, the partnership was not registered. Multiple excuses were given. Finally in August, my patience ran out. I had paid them 20+k in payments by then and had no partnership to show for. Then began the long chase to get a refund. Finally after many follow ups, I was issued a refund after a huge deduction of 10k for services they did not deliver. Simply put, just an awful (terrible) experience. This review just states the facts as experienced and not the emotion, the back and forth and the arguments.

They have not even done commencement of business for 9 months, which is the basic thing, and upon complaining on *******@indiafilings.com, we have not received a reply. That is such an irresponsible behavior. This is a fraud company. My number is *******004. If you want detailed review, call me and I ll explain everything. The amount of incompetence is truly overwhelming. People simply don't know what they are doing, we lost our time an money with them. If you are a foreigner, then my advice would be to never ever work with this firm.

I recently opted for services from IndiaFilings for LLP registration. After investing both my trust and hard-earned money, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication feels like a one-way street. No one seems to be there when you have concerns, and responses are few and far between.

More concerning, after paying the initial fees, I've been continually asked for more payments. And now, I'm being told that the amount I invested isn't refundable. It's distressing to see your resources, both in time and money, not being valued.

My intent in sharing this review isn't to harm any reputation, but as a sincere word of caution for others. You deserve a service that respects your investment and provides genuine support. I truly hope no one else has to face a similar situation.

I just want to request you guys to not go with Indiafilling, they'll take 5-6 months to register your firm and they'll not pickup your call when you'll need them most. Please even if somehow you don't have any other option please ask for all the monetary (any thing you need to do your own)details, they'll make mistakes in drafts and it'll cost you money they'll just say sorry. Onkar will never take your call. If he has your case then it'll take you atleast a year. They'll not bother about services, you have to call them and it'll be their choice to pick up your call or not.

Be aware.
Its better to go to your CA he/she they'll do your work in 15-20 days.

I paid for incorporation and was assigned a manager by name Sivarama Krishnan. Every time I reached out to him he would tell me that I need to pay for something additional to complete the process.

One year back I initiated a process of getting a Us based company from India fillings. For which time was 45 days in which they promise A company registration in US and a bank account.
It's been 1 year chasing Indiafillings for bank account and they are just ignoring and today when I asked them to close the company they are asking to pay 1300 USD more and telling bank account is not in our hands sorry... and talking as if they are doing a favor... do not get trapped in this if u are planning to open an oversea's company with them... pathetic service

They have hired employers who do not know how to behave. Forget about any professionalism. They will not pick up your calls and give you the wrong information about the state of your application. They told me that the application was in process with the government but they did not even submit the documents or make any payment. They promptly take the payment very early in the process. While I was asking for a written email about what went wrong, this male counterpart of the relationship manager picked up the call trying to play the hero. When I asked him to cool his jets he started using childish jibes. Zero professionalism. I would rather pay someone else a couple of thousand more rather than break my head with stupidity like that. By the way my application is still in process after 2 months.

Don't trust them and don't make ful payment.only 25%. This company doens't have any employ to revert on delay. They even don't have any line up with the department.
They took my money and til days (2 months) they don't know y FSSAI is not getting issues.
I believe try some other company

Indiafilings is a fraud company.They take money from you under fraud commitments and then they keep extracting money from you and them stop answering the call.

I choose IndiaFilings to get my company registered along with GST and account opening in Bank. Till you make complete payment they act smart and all nice, once i made complete payment they became unresponsive and they took 2-3 months get the work after repeated follow ups, further in my case I had to reshare the mail and remind them about things they need to do as part of package that I bought due to this there was a delay in GST registration

My experience with IndiaFilings is disappointing disaster and I would suggest never go with there service

Waiting response from last one year but no response.

When we are calling customer care and asking for refund then just disconnected call.

I made payment almost two months back. After two weeks they came back saying this name is not available. I gave them another name. RM didnt even care about informing status.

I kept call dishant who oversold us evrrything. He didnt respond for our 20 calls.

Their some lady RM soesnt pickup a call.

Their call center is even worse they have no idea what is going on.

These $#*! also keep changing RM everytime.
Either theae are underpaid and overworked people or indiafiling isnt capable.

P.s trust your CA he is best for everything. Dont fall for online $#*!

I mistakenly opted the IndiaFilling for Company incorporation and GST registration. It's been more than 2 months not and they are just escalating everything not doing anything.
My suggestion if you have extra money and time please opt for this company.

India Filings really deserves the award of MOST SHAMELESS COMPANY, specializing in conning customers online and brazenly pocketing money without any qualms.

It has been over 2 months since I placed order and paid over Rs 33,000 for 2 orders

For last two months there no work done & there is no response to calls, WhatsApp messages & emails for refund as if all the employees and senior management have suddenly gone blind and deaf.

Looks like swindling customers online is company's ethos & all the people in the company are specially trained in this.

I am not the only one saying this. Customers have called them SCAMSTERS, FRAUD, CHEATS, UNPROFESSIONAL etc. And it seems Charles Lional and his team revels in these epithets and wears them as badge of honor.

So disappointing & disgusting to see Honourable Prime Minister's government working hard to promote & support ecosystem for startups and then companies like IndiaFilings duping customers and giving bad name to startups in India.
