I do not understand why account was disabled without warning, I always pay and I have been hiring candidates since August! This is ridiculous I was waiting for responses
In the last 2 months, we have hired around 10 candidates from indeed for different roles like MIS, Back office, Graphic designing, and Content writing. We are also making regular payments for our account to feature our job posting on Indeed.
We follow all the Government mandated Hiring, and employment practices, and follow the due procedure on Indeed to hire and close our listings.
After multiple emails, and trying to reach Indeed and talk to someone, we have reached nowhere.
I request Indeed to help us in reactivating our account and helping us understand why such a hard action was taken against our company.
We have accounts with the highest level of performance on many Marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, and we are a company that takes every policy very seriously and abides by that policy.
We have a staff of 200 people, with many employees working with us for the past multiple years. We respect each and every employee and provide all perks, benefits, and salaries on time and in line with all necessary government mandates.
I hope Indeed can help us restore our account.

I own a financial service and investment company, we started out with 5 employees and received over 10,000 resumes and 500 + hires just from indeed. It came to my attention we had fired some under performing employees and they went and reported us to indeed as spam. That is not a valid reason to disable our employment account based on false accusations from ex disgruntled employees. And interviewees that were rejected employment. We hired over 500 employees in NYC just from indeed alone. This should be corrected asap - Paul Miller ps. we spent over $12,000
I recently applied for Burton Law Firm, Carl's Jr., and Soft File via Indeed. After I submitted my application, Indeed notifies me I have to take a fifteen minute assessment test. These tests are a waste of time. Indeed notifies job seekers only after the submission process is complete that they are required to take a test.

Just another small business not allowed to thrive on your site. Following guidelines and sponsoring an ad is not enough for indeed apparently. I am a recruiting agency hiring for a for profit marketing company working exclusively in the nonprofit sector - therefore charities and hospitals for fundraising. Indeed disabled my account with no notice or explanation and then proceed to reject an appeal within a matter of 2 minutes! I have been using them for 4 months now continuously paying for a service. I am deeply saddened by the customer service provided, as there is none.

Our account was disabled for no apparent reason. We have reached out and appealed their decision several times without any correspondence from them.
We are happy to do anything and everything to get our job postin into their search quality standards and even explore a paid account, however, they are unwilling to respond.

My account was disabled without any warning or information as to why. I urgently need to hire a few positions and I had all my job descriptions saved in indeed which are now gone and will take so long to rewrite.

I am a small takeaway business looking to recruit staff, all of a sudden i got a message to say we have disabled your account and that you need to provide proof, so i emailed a copy of my utility bill but it seems indeed is not accepting it for some reason. Suspended our account for no reason, and after reaching out to appeal and verify that I am indeed the business owner and our practice is legitimate and been serving the community for years, I got an automatic rejection, and again without the mention of any valid reason.
Conclusion: Go to LinkedIN or glassdoor if you want to post a job for free. Want to post on indeed? Pay or expect a ban within the month.

I opened my account and posted two job positions and they disabled my account without any reason. It's ridiculous! There is no violation of nonsense in those job positions they are completely blind or their bots are useless. I never used indeed before but wow it sucks big time. Glad I didn't pay for the publication which I'm supposed to do from Monday.

Like many reviewers we were well into the process of recruiting for a new corporate accountant when we received notice that our job posting was taken down and our account disabled. Job description was written clearly, candidates were appropriately qualified, had many initial interviews using the indeed conference app. And without warning or explanation our account is disabled. This is insane.

I am beyond disappointed in Indeed. We are a team of therapists In Calgary, Toronto and vancouver that assist special needs children with different forms of therapy (including behavioural therapy). We posted on indeed and received many applicants (several of them whom we already hired), but suddenly our account is disabled. We were relying on indeed to find suitable therapists for our special needs clients. Due to the sensitive nature of this field, we require a large pool of applicants to select from. Is this about money? We cannot afford to pay the same large sum large corporations pay Indeed. We are a small group that tries to do something positive for the community. Why are we being punished? It seems Indeed has resolved not to allow businesses to list their vacancies for reasons best known to them. Disabling accounts for no reasons. Not providing enough reply to correct ones mistake even. Just dictating their monopolistic terms. Better use Indian apps.

Have been using Indeed for fulfilling our Company hiring needs for about 3 years, Suddenly, without any explanation or valid reason, Indeed has disabled my employer account. Indeed just cut off our access with no warning. It is a terrible way to conduct business and they will not return access and want us to do a paid version.
