Do not buy anything from this company, it does not work. Then you request your money back they lie that they return it to you! They won't! Impossible to contact the customer service... stay away from them and also report them to the BBB.
Bought this software to transfer my WhatsApp Business chat history from one AppleID to another. It ended up wiping out my personal WhatsApp chat history in order to restore my WhatsApp Business chat history. I had even taken the precautions to back up my personal WhatsApp on iCloud as well as completely delete WhatsApp from my phone before restoring the WhatsApp Business so that my personal WhatsApp would not be affected, but it still was still wiped clean. I had sought customer support on this topic before doing the transfer but didn't get a response.
Not only that, because the software essentially hijacks your entire AppleID, some other apps were affected (phone call history was wiped clean, open browsers were closed, and who knows what else - I guess it'll be a surprise).
I've emailed support to ask for a refund because the product did not work and there was nonexistent customer support or self help Q&A to provide support.
Lastly, iMyFone will continue to charge a monthly fee even on their license. I purchased a 1-month license using PayPal, but if you directly enter your credit card, the website tells you that you will be charged on a monthly recurring basis (this was not disclosed in PayPal). I've emailed support to clarify this point and to ask them to stop the monthly charge - and surprise surprise, no response from them.
Stay away from this company - you will not get any support if you need help with their product.
UPDATE - I finally got in touch with a customer service rep who was fairly responsive. I explained to her that while the iTransfor works for WhatsApp, it deletes all my conversation history of WhatsApp Business. Unacceptable for the software to resolve one issue only to cause a different issue. She was kind enough to give me a refund. I hope iMyFone can fix this bug or at least be more upfront with the shortcomings of their software to future buyers. Upgrading to 3 stars for the improved customer service.

The product doesn't support transferring WhatsApp Business at present. ITransor for WhatsApp will only affect the WhatsApp Messenger data on your phone. If your source or destination device hasn't installed WhatsApp Messenger, our program will not start the transfer.

I have subscribed to the Basic Plan annual plan of iMyFone Umate Pro. I wanted to make some of my deleted data unrecoverable with the software, which could be easily done as claimed by iMyFone on its website as well as other advertised articles.
After scanning my iPhone for 1.5 hours, the program started the search for deleted data. However, it was just stuck there and did not progress. I tried for second time and the same thing happened, wasting me time, effort and money!
I have written them a email and they have yet to reply after 6 hours, whereas on their website it is stated customer service is 24/7/365. What a joke!
So regret to have purchase the annual plan. Definitely will request for refund. I have attached the subscription details for reference.

They took my money, after explain the there program did not erase anything that the iphone would do itself. By simply just going SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS. (which i already before buy your product.). They kept insisting me to take pictures of the problem. And then give me more runaround. Bought the d-back software and was sadly disappointed that the software would not correct the issue on my iPhone 6s. I only took a chance on this software because of the 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted the company within a day of purchasing the one month membership. Imyfone support kept asking for more and more information and tried everything to not give me a refund. I accepted the loss and continued with my life. However, a month later they charged me again. I have contacted their support for a second time and they are refusing to refund the money. I forwarded the original emails to show that I tried to get a refund for the initial purchase and did not want another month. They offered me 50% of my money back for the auto renew. I checked their website and it states they will give you a full refund for auto renewal issues and they are refusing to honor it. This company is a scam and will refuse to refund your money. I will let my credit card company handle it since imyfone will not correct their mistake.

I just subscribed one month and for sure it didn't work at all. And I have emailed them to terminate the subscription. BUT they still charged me more money! Now I have to cut my credit card to avoid them charging me more and more money without my approval.

The product does NOT save the contents of your phone, it just offers the higher end version, which will do the exact same thing iTunes will do - reset your phone entirely. This is a scam. They'll also do/say anything they can to deny a refund.
EDIT: It's amazing how quickly they finally responded to me/gave me my refund after I left a couple of reviews on sites they don't run. Prior to leaving the reviews, I'd asked nicely for a refund, which didn't garner me a response for over a week. But the second I replied angrily and left these reviews, the process was suddenly easier. I added a second star to the review for that reason.

The website misrepresents the product. They Lockwiper erases the entire phone... States that is just removes the passcode. You don't know until they already charge you and won't give you a refund when you call out their misrepresentation...

Classis case of why one should check for reviews before paying for a product.
I used iTransor to transfer my Whatsapp data from Android to iPhone.
The app crashes without trace while copying the data.
The support hasn't responded yet to my request for help. No hopes of getting a refund or the data transfer.
Strongly discourage use of this product or any from this company.
Edit: The support did got back to me pretty soon after my review and tried to find a fix to my issue. The issue didn't get resolved, but they were kind enough to give me the refund. So bumping up my rating for them.

Ordered lifetime family license two years ago used software once. PC required hard drive replacement, deauthorized operating system, formatted drive and replaced. The license key would not work. Contacted and they gave me a trial license and lied to me. After thirty days I realized the software was no longer licensed, so I contacted them about twenty times they sent multiple bogus licenses and wasted huge amounts of my time. Con artists. Still waiting for a working license key. I contacted corporate still no reply. Will be reporting them to authorities soon if they don't give me a license. They say the license is good for one drive, then why was it lifetime family license? Con artists.
Edit: after a good deal of badgering and contacting corporate they gave me a functional license. I am hesitant given that the last license they gave me lasted 30 days. This is in fact listing as a lifetime license. Hopefully this matter is resolved. Increased ratings to 3 stars. They will have to earn additional stars.

After installing the software, connecting my iphone and selecting the option to remove Account ID a pop-up came up that said the option was not supported. The website and video both said it did. I emailed the company and never heard back... surprise, surprise. I would NOT download the software as I think they just steal your identity.

Their product didn't work and they refuse to refund the money even though they advertise a money back guarantee. They stole $60 from me. And I had to spend more on a different software to do what their would not. It does NOT work. I am livid that they stole from me. DO NOT PAY THEM. So after using for a few weeks this does NOT work as promised. Several co workers/friends have all had the same issue I am about to describe so this is not "glitch/user error/or iphone issue. THIS IS A SOFTWARE ISSUE. PERIOD
IF and only IF you have the "target" phone and can connect to you computer, you may be able to get a few text messages, photos or phone numbers. Thats IT. Deleted TEXT messages you may read the number but no message... soooo what is the point.? If you try via Itunes or icloud, same thing. Contacted customer support and they tell you the same thing over and over. I think they do this so you go over your 30 days but even if you don't, you wont get your money back. So if you feel like taking up the challenge and like to troubleshoot and try to solve problems and dont mind spending the $$, then this is for you! 3rd software i have tried to recover deleted text messages and all 3 have the same issue. This software is alittle better than TEENSAFE and Egnima, but not by much. With teensafe you have to keep changing your icloud password everyday so that was frustrating as heck!.
