Program didn't work and i asked to refund after one day of purchase and still no news i send several requested but no ansewni

"How about we offer a 60% refund to you?" Is what they emailed me when I requested for a refund. My IPhone got stuck in a rebooting loop and the program instructed me to purchase the full license to fix the issue. I purchase the 30$ plan and the problem still persists. I emailed for a refund and they refuse to refund my full amount. Ridiculous. Bad customer service and bad reputation. Will not use their service again!

I just purcharsed a new iPhone and I want to transfer my WhatsApp Data from my old SE to 11Pro Max, so I downloaded iTransor for WhatsApp and it maks everything so easy! Now I have all I want chat history in my new iPhone and I can backup my chat permantly on my laptop. BTW, the Technical Support Specialist is willing to help my inquiries during my use and they are so nice!

Unfortunately for me the app didn't worked to recover some photos from an broken iPhone 8(from device) but i e-mailed iMyFone and they gave me back a half refund(50%). I am waiting now to receive my money in my account A big plus for the communication with the team. They answered fast, in maximum 48h

After purchasing this it did not work and nowhere on promo video or website is there a warning saying it's not guaranteed.

Only because there is no -5. Website give you guarantee, money back. So I paid. There is no mention of the software "being incompatible with Vista". Several emails later, they say no refund as it is my fault for having an incompatible operating system. Fine, wanted to tell everyone, don't consider this software, they are falsely giving a guarantee. In my opinion, thieves.
