It actually works!

I tried and had to pay for two other iPhone recovery software with no avail (both software claimed there were 1500 or so recoverable photos but needed a license to start the recovery). Following up with support, one brought the excuse that their software was not compatible with IOS 13. 5. 1 (it was tested with up to 13.3) and that they were working on it and the other took 2 days to send me a link for a "how to" video which had nothing to to do with their software. Then came iMyFone D-back, it scanned and then recovered (after paying for a license) all data in just a few minutes. It even recovered streaming photos and sifted through iCloud with ease. Bottom line, IT WORKED wonderfully and without a fuss. I later sent an email thanking them and upgraded my license to the "lifetime" one!

I purchased the monthly version of the app, on the promise to transfer WhatsApp contact to another phone, but that didn't work. On the free version got the message, "Purchase the product to complete the action", we I paid for it, says "Currently the iTransfer don't support this actions". They trick you saying that you need to pay to complete the action, and we you do, they says that it not supported. Now the company won't give my money back. Very disappointed to see how the fake propagada the company does.

I was able to purchase a 1 month subscription and apply the license to the app I downloaded on my Mac. Unfortunately, the app wasn't able to solve my problem as my iPad was already bricked due to a hardware issue. My main issue was trying to cancel the recurring subscription because I was being prompted for my credentials and getting a bad response when I clicked on retrieve username/password. I had to call customer service to cancel the service.

The product is absolutely amazing, I was so frustrated when my Iphone 11 pro max just 'hung' on the apple logo. I tried Itunes (but it didn't help) and after about 2 hrs of trying that, I took to the internet and found this company. Everything worked perfectly and my phone is back to full health! I live in Spain and my nearest Apple store is about an hour away, that and the language barrier meant I was dreading having to go there. Suffice to say, I originally bought a month subscription, but when everything went so well, I purchased the lifetime (5 phone) subscription, in case anything happens again. Absolutely fantastic service

Customer service great

Great experience with customer services via email. They were very helpful and understanding of my issue. In the end the software couldn't fix my issue but I received a full refund which was paid prompt.

I transferred my Whatsapp messages from a Samsung S20 (Android version 10) to an iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 13. 5. 1). This is the only program that I've found that can accomplish this (much easier to find options for iOS to Android). Transferring was a straight-forward process as the app walked me through each step, with photos where helpful.

The only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 are because 1) after it transferred the data to my iPhone, I had to click through the setup process on my iPhone as if it were a new phone, and 2) they didn't prepare me that this would happen. I thought everything had been erased. But after typing in my iCloud password and confirming my Wallet cards, it brought me back to my home screen with no loss of data and my Whatsapp messages in place. Overall, this was worth the purchase.

EDIT: I'm actually giving it 5 stars. It did something no other program that I know of can do, and it walked me through the process, making it all as simple as possible. They deserve 5 stars.

EDIT #2: A few hours after the above review, I realized that some of my applications required that I re-login, as if the cache had been deleted by the Whatsapp restore. It was not a big issue as no data was deleted, but again I was not warned of it beforehand, so it came as a slightly bitter surprise -- back to 4 stars. Still very much worth using.

They promised unlocking iphone and they just reset the phone (which I could have done without them) and that's it, activation lock was still there. They are low life scammers. Careful!

After spending a couple of hours trying to get the program to repair my wife's iphone, I requested a refund,,, not days after, not weeks after, a couple of hours. Days later a canned response was sent,, I had done everything on it, I said your product was unsuccessful in retrieving my wife's data,, then they said that because I didn't send them the "log files" they are unable to refund me. I said "where are the log files?" crickets... I would avoid this company and all of their products as they are not true to their word. I will take this up with my credit card company..

Borderline scam

They are a con company they offer me a part refund. When they could not get into my locked phone. When in 2hours off buying this product I cancel. This his one company that's take your money, and you can kiss it good buy. I lost my son so I wanted to open his phone to get photos off phone. Thanks to this company I lost hope

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. I bought the imyfone lockwiper android 3-5 devices subscription because I had purchased a locked phone and didnt want to factory reset the device since it would Google lock the device. I tried using the lockwiper and it walks me through factory resetting the device which I didnt have to pay $50 to know how to do. So now the device is Google locked. Well the lockwiper comes with 2 modes: remove lock or remove Google lock. So I use the other option thinking it would now remove the Google lock. Long story short that didnt work either. So now I have a Google locked phone. It gets better... I email support to get a refund on the product I bought and get no reply. Now weeks later and no reply. So I emailed them from another email and asked if I purchased their software if I could receive a refund if it doesnt work. They replied immediately and said yes. So I told them great I'd like a refund because I already bought it and it doesnt work. Now no reply. This company is a con. I would never in a million years recommend this company or anything they sell

Great customer service

Despite issues about product not being suitable they were honest and understanding and refunded part of my payment since the issue was not covered by the software.
I suggested to allow purchase process to be more accurate before committing payment. They took it on board and el consider further development

Doesn't work

I bought the MAC Version and followed the instructions but instead of migrating whattsapp from anroid to my Iphone, the tool crashed 4 times.

I`ve sent the reports to Apple to learn why this tool crashed 4 times.

The support of iMyFone didn't react at all yet.
