I purchased the software "iTransor for WhatsApp (Windows Version) - Lifetime Plan for 10 Devices" in iMyFone 3 days ago. It said it could transfer my Android Whatsapp data to IOS but it's just a waste of time.

First, the software would uninstall the Android Whatsapp and install a "customized" one.
Then, the software would require you to login and restore the data saved already in your phone, then the problems happened.

1. The customized Whatsapp was down after I tried to login, then the software said cannot detect my backup data, consequently cannot move on transferring data.
2. The customized Whatsapp worked but it was an older version and did not ask to restore data. My previously saved data will lose if I move on.

As a result, I need to re-download the normal Whatsapp on Playstore and the problem was, I could not verify my account because I tried to login my Whatsapp account too many times!

Also, I have submitted the request on refund but there was no one replying me in 2 days. Oh, see what the Refund Policy said:

"How to Submit a Refund Request
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at *******@imyfone.com with the following information:

Product Name;
Your Order ID/Reference Number/Transaction ID;
The Email Address That You Used to Make the Purchase;
The Reason Why You Would Like a Refund.
We will deal with the refund request within 24 hours on business days based on the terms set out below."

In short, don't use any software of this company, Waste money and waste time!

STAY AWAY

I downloaded and started using the Unlock My Android App. Halfway through the process it said "to go any further you must pay $39.99 for a Registration Key". Stupid me paid the fee. I never received my Registration Key. I have no reply's to any of my emails. Then I find out it was for a year's subscription. I cancelled stop payments from PAYPAL, bun Never received my $39.99 refund.

I purchased 3 I Phone data recovery programs over the past 24 hours trying to recover a text message file from a family member. It was accidentally deleted. Tenorshare Recovery never finished the scan and therefore did not recover the deleted file. IMyPhone finished the initial scan of the phone but failed to find the deleted file.

I sent both Tenorshare & ImyPhone to Pay Pay Resolution for a refund. The 3rd program, Enigma, recovered the deleted text messages from my phone. The were needed for upcoming litigation against doctors in California that nearly killed my son. Serious, serious matter and Enigma came through. Overall, Enigma was the most expensive but worth every penny.

A SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I spent £25 on this and it won't exit my phone from recovery mode without any data loss as advertised, rather asking for a factory reset which would erase my data and could be done easily on itunes without this app. And they are being VERY STINGY with refunds! Such a hassle, don't waste your time.

If you want to try it, use PayPal where you are protected, because they will try not to honour their own refund policy. I tried it and it didn't work for me. So I asked for a full refund, they first didn't respond until I filed a dispute with PayPal. Then they offer me 80% refund, 2 days before the PayPal's deadline. I said that I only will accept full refund. Few hours before the deadline the refunded the money, but only because PayPal will do it as the product "was not as described". I believe this is just a very sophisticated scam

Perfect with my Pokemon go

Garbage

This is garbage. Endorsed by Digital River and a product of Digital River. Product did not work and no way of getting money back. I also selected a one-time use and it automatically created a subscription. Took forever to figure out how to cancel the subscription without getting a new bank card. I sent Digital River a message; won't hold my breath.

I wanted to give them a chance and I wanted my phone to be fixed, but I was very disappointed. Of course, I purchased unhesitatingly because I saw that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. Boy was I wrong. Their program couldn't fix my phone, and the only option left was to do advanced mode (basically a factory reset) and I would lose all of my data (I do NOT want to lose all my precious memories and pictures). So, I asked for a refund since my phone was not fixed even though the trial version said it could fix my phone. But they are giving me a hard time. We're about 10 emails deep and still have not come to an accord. I give one star because I have a conscience and they actually replied to my email and they had a bit compassion to offer me a 50% refund and then an 80% refund. What I want however is a full 100% refund because my phone was NOT fixed. If I wanted to do a factory reset, I could just do that using iTunes without this software. I am still communicating with their customer service and am hoping they will give me my money back. It's ridiculous how they are giving me a such hard time when I'm already so bummed and sad about my broken phone and not having access to my precious pictures.

Scam!

I purchased the software for my WhatsApp, I follow the instructions properly. It shows on my computer that the transfer is done successful. But when o checked my WhatsApp, nothing was transferred and it's still the same.

This is insane. I would like my money back. I wasted two days trying to do the transfer multiple times but no luck.

Does not work

Bought because people on youtube were ranting about it. How great it is and why this was the only thing that could help my situation, well it didn't wasted 5 hours of my day, did not get my phone out of the loop and took $30. Just told me to delete all my info. IT DID NOT work at all, very disappointed.

I bought it didnt work. Its just telling me to restore to factort settings i tried to cancel the next day but till now i still didn't get the refund and still trying to charge a monthly fee which is i didnt subscribe. Dont buy dont trust this company. I cant even call they keep sending like an automated mail. Scammer.

I bought the D back product on 19th April'20 to fix the stuck at switch on issue on my iPhone which was not booting up. It didn't get fixed & they don't reply to mails... I got a reply after 2 days of reporting the issue to them. Not sure if this is a scam but they are wasting my time & money

DON'T BUY!

The software I purchased says can recover data after Factory Deleted even. So I purchased it to recover few of my kids videos and photos which I have deleted mistakenly. So as soon as I lost pictures I google and found out this software and it says 30 days money back guarantee too so I decided to try it and see. So I paid and try it it did not work for me nothing deleted photos shows in the results in the software. SO I informed it to the Support but they ask few questions and answer for those too and waiting another 2 days now still no reply. Still If i lost the pictures and if the software cannot recover it I do not need it for daily life. SO please refund my money. I have already sign-out from the software and uninstalled it now.

Seller is asking me to pay 70% for doing nothing, I contacted them as soon as I purchased the product but they are so late to reply always and not helpful and not as mentioned in the website 30 days money back finally I lost the pictures of my kids and having a not useful products. They have mentioned FACTORY RESET also can recover which is so scam. What they do is show recover pics from old iTunes backup or iCloud only not recovering data when erased.

Do not use this website its a SCAM they use your iTunes or iCloud existing backup and show like they recovered and cheating. Do not go pay it might happen same thing happen to me right now. Use iTunes and recover backup from iCloud or local one without sharing your personal data for other Scammers. Privacy Matter more than anything.

Thank you so much, Think twice before you share your personal data on other third party and spending your own money.

Scam

I went to use this product, and after spending the $30 it did not work for my iphone 6s and I still have 0/1 devices fixed. I have sent email after email asking for them to cancel my subscription and give me my refund and have not heard a thing back from them. They say they quickly respond back but its been just about 24 hours and still nothing. I need my phone turned back on to use other programs and this just made my situation 100x worse. Thanks for nothing.
